Found dead cockcroach on placard =(. Dirty towel left on floor outside door. Loud noises - children running hallway and car alarms going off. Had changed policy for paying cash (required $20 deposit). Otherwise, got some rest/sleep.

This place is dirty both inside and out. The pictures are very inaccurate. Roaches were all over the walls, ceiling and bathroom. There were holes in the wall like someone punched them with their fists. The door had deep scratches near the bottom and edge like an animal was trapped inside and kept scratching to get out. The staff cancelled my online purchase of the room and made me pay more onsite. They have the lobby closed. I stood in very cold weather outside of a window slot along a dark road, in order to try to resolve this problem before ever seeing the room. I decided to leave and continue driving despite being very late at night. The manager refused to refund the amount that i paid for the room.

Everything was ok including customer services... the people that work there were nice. But....... it is pretty run down and we started to see roaches on our 1st night.... we couldn't leave or get another room due to it being new yrs and rave weekend every place was sold-out .... we decided to tough it out becuase its better then drinking and driving.

It was not like the pictures. Walls, curtains where dirty and dingy. It was a non smoking room but had a strong smell of cigarette. We ask what time was the continental breakfast and they laugh saying that’s what the third party advertises but they don’t do that. Overall it has a cheap no tell motel vibe and no I would never stay there again. Also there’s factory next door that’s is super loud early in the morning. Not that I wanted to sleep in but we got there at 3am where out by 8.

This was the worst hotel I stayed in my whole life. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the sheets smelled like pee. Area is completely unsafe and noisy. I couldn’t sleep all night because of noise. I heard a woman screaming and a few minutes later the police was at the hotel. Staff is rude and there is no breakfast.

We were walk-ins and the price quoted was much more than what was noted on-line. The clerk suggested we go on-line and make the reservation which we did and got the lower price. It just was a hassle as we were trying to do this on our phones and were standing in the grass out front when the sprinklers came on! We laughed and then quickly got our rooms so things were OK.

Most of the items in the room need to be updated. Walls, doors bath tub and floor needs more cleaning. The sink water faucet in the room we got, was loose. Air conditioner in working status but missing buttons looks too old. Light lamps are not working properly. Furnitures urge an immediate update, they are too old and seem dirty. I was really disappointed to see the room when we first went in there. We were in San Bernardino just to visit the casino. When we return back from the casino at about 4am it was freezing and my door key didn’t open the door. We had to run back to the office to get another key program! Lucky we were in there just about 3-4 hrs and only used it to shower and sleep. I would not be returning back and would not recommend this place.

I enjoyed my stay here. I am handicapped but needed to do a lot of work on my computer while I was there. The handiman came up and carried all of the stuff in for me and did the same for me when I left. The front office was very accommodating and I would gladly stay here again.

This property is absolutely disgusting it looks nothing like the pictures.. my room smelled so bad it also has feces stuck to the floor inside the room .. the AC has so much dust and dirt inside the vents.. the sheets on the bed had spots all over them ... the microwave was missing the plastic on the door itvwas juat the vent so clearly the microwave wasnt usable.. there were ppl hanging outside my door .. i spent less then a hour there before i just got up and left and never came back

Property had room doors open with people standing outside looking at you, it smelled like weed when you walked by the rooms, loud music at every hour of the night, folks being loud. Afraid my car wasn’t gonna be there in the am. Doors slamming and people fighting at 6 am. It just didn’t feel safe.

Not only was there mentally ill homeless people playing dont take my stuff with bumper shopping carts, there prostitutes, and pimps circling to check on prostitutes. I believe there were residents living in it as well. We stayed one night but then in the morning a random man from the back came and took a picture of my 23 year old son. When I went to approach and ask him why he kept walking fast. I started to take picutures of him. I felt that he was casing my son (because he was nicely dressed for his bday celebration at the casino) but I think he was casing us to potentially rob us. I took pictures and shared it with the staff as I am currently working on my refund. We felt so unsafe I almost called the police. We left right away after the man came back towards our room wearing a hoody and a mask. We had to find an Airbnb. As the casino hotel was and out of my budget.
