Nice place!
Great location! Steps to the beach and easy check in. We had a coffee crisis the first morning as the pot didn't work. Contacted the management company and they got a brand new one over to us right away.

Family Easter trip

Great location

It wasn’t very clean, no salt, ants had to throw out something’s they were in too. Fridge was leaking, we arrived on Friday and the tech finally arrived on Saturday late afternoon.

Great location to beach and bay!
Our stay was very comfortable, the condo was very spacious. Great kitchen space and cookware. Very short walk to the beach, bay and Belmont Park. Lots of great eating places within walking distance. We drove a Honda Civic and a MDX and they both fit in the garage, it was a tight fit but it worked. We could see the fire works from Sea World, and it is very close to La Jolla Aquarium, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Old Town. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Great location
Very close to beach and had nice views from top floor. Landlord was very attentive via text. Garage is very deep but not very tall or wide. We could not fit our F150 but managed to squeeze the Jeep Grand Cherokee in.

Great location steps from beach & boardwalk
My family really enjoyed the location & convenience, we strolled down the boardwalk & around Mission Beach Park down the street. It's also just a short drive to Balboa Park/SD Zoo, downtown & Little Italy where we spent most of our time.

Great experience overall
This is a really nice location steps away from the beach. We only encountered 1 issue where we needed to contact the host and it was handled promptly. Definitely agree with other visitors regarding parking. We were in a Dodge Charger and basically had to shimmy our way out of the car, so be mindful of car width if you'll be utilizing a rental car. Also, if you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the location for you as there was a bit of noise from late night partiers coming in and from families with small children heading out in the early mornings but most of the ambient noise comes from the nearby traffic. My only personal issue stems from the fans. There were plenty but my concern was the built up dust the blades and the guards. If you have a dust allergy, then you may want to ensure these can be cleaned before your visit. Overall a great stay for us and if we head back to the Mission Beach area, will definitely consider this location again.

Thank you for the feedback and thank you for staying with us Lakisha! The tandem garage is only suitable for 2 compact vehicles and there is limited additional street parking. The parking at this home is a 2-car garage. Dimensions: 7′5″ width x 34′ depth x 6′ height. We wish we would have known about the fan blades so we could have sent someone out to dust them off. Please let us know in the future, and we will be happy to make sure the homes are up to your standards. Dirty sheets on king size bed! Dirty dishes in dishwasher!
Nice place, cleaning staff very poor’ Be careful of a 4” steps down in lower hallway, not marked and my husband fell. Everything else was good for a beach house!

Location is amazing(!)
Location is right next to the beach which was convenient. Also close to Pacific Beach for nightlife and not too far from La Jolla. Great communication with the management. FYI if you're driving an SUV or larger car, parking in the garage is tight (but doable).

Great rental with great location
This property is ideally located between the amusement park and other areas with bars and restaurants. Although one side is on Mission Blvd, it wasn't too noisy. Loved our stay, would stay there again.

Perfect place in Mission Beach
This property is in a perfect location for both beach and bay in Mission Beach. The house itself is well-maintained, clean and well-stocked. The layout with living quarters on the upper level and bedrooms on lower level, is great for ocean and bay views and people watching on the boardwalk.

Perfect
The house and location were so awesome! Clean and bright! Steps to beach with a beautiful view to watch the ocean and sunsets!! The only thing that would’ve made it a better Experience if we didn’t have to leave!! Thanks so much for such a great place to enjoy family memories! We were here to watch our daughter run in a half marathon and accidentally locked garage door opener in garage. Management came immediately to help and open garage! Couldn’t have been happier and can’t wait to come back!

San Diego Vacation Spot
If you are looking for a place that has easy access to everything in San Diego and is a comfortable place to stay, then this is it. Mission Beach is a beautiful place with lots to do. This property couldn't have been a better choice.

Fantastic stay!
We really loved our stay near Mission Beach! The place was just lovely, very comfortable for all 7 of us. The kitchen was well equipped for the many meals we ate there. Comfortable and inviting family room as well. We had a blast renting bikes along the boardwalk and the close proximity to Belmont Park. Would stay here again!

Mission Beach Condo
Condo was perfect for us. Lots of room, and very close to the ocean. The garage was the only issue, very tight. We had a Gran Jeep Cherokee and it was tough to get in and then get out side doors. We found street parking. I would not let this hinder your stay though...very nice place.

Beautiful ocean view property steps from Mission beach boardwalk
The house was beautiful. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and had many amenities needed. The fill size kitchen was great and it had everything I needed to cook most meals at home. Being steps from the sand was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed every minute of it. The veranda has a perfect view of the ocean for sunset and sunrise. The staff was super helpful. The garage was too small for my SUV but parking was easy to find. We loved our stay and hope to return

beautiful property but felt like we were being watched
The place was very nice. However, for a home being literally 25 steps from the beach, I think its unrealistic to expect no sand in the house. The neighbors mistaken us and made a complaint which was inaccurate to our place. We ended up spending 90% of our time at our friends place a block down the street to avoid peeping toms and feeling uncomfortable in the home we rented for a hefty price. You can hear LITERALLY everything BUT the ocean. All traffic and people walking by early hours of the night. Overall in my opinion, I wouldn't stay here again. It was nice, but the discomfort of feeling like I can't relax and enjoy myself made for an unpleasant stay.

We are a bit confused and also sorry that the guest felt this way. We called to let her know the neighbor below said there was quite a bit of noise coming from upstairs. As good neighbors we are obligated to reach out to our guests to let them know. The guest said they weren't being noisy and that was the end of it. We never said anything about sand so not sure where that is coming from. This home is in Mission Beach which is not really known for peace and quiet, however, this is still a residential neighborhood. It is just steps to the sand and most guests that stay here absolutely love it.

Beautifully decorated, spacious living areas and very comfortable beds.
Top bunk bed not suitable for weight so just take the mattress off and put on ground. Kids had a great time. Location is awesome! Boogie board out front and just to the left -can surfboard. Great for all

Everything we hoped for . . .
Our stay at this property was everything we hoped it would be. The condo is gorgeous and large. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean from the patio door. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Belmont. We had no issues during our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo for your next trip to San Diego. We hope to be able to stay here again on another visit.
