Beach condo for our daughter’s graduation
We had such a wonderful stay here. We love the beach. We love the location. We used the Jacuzzi. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We only live an hour away, but will book here again for a getaway. Thank you Dominique for a wonderful stay❤️

Class Act
Very thoughtfully appointed unit, from the welcoming gift basket to the sumptuous bed linens and quality toiletries. Perfect ocean view from living room, also from 1 bedroom with the privacy shade raised. Ideal location, between Pacific-MIssion Beach. Only downer is hot tub was down, but super-attentive property mgr. Dominique went out of her way to please us. I would stay here again.

Steps away from the beach
It’s a little small but was big enough for my sister & I. It has everything you need in it including a bottle of wine, bag of coffee & cookies. After arriving late that was nice to have a glass of wine & relax. You are just a step away from the hot tub & beach. Beautiful sunsets. Entertainment & restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect location- very convenient!
We loved staying at this spot! Right on the boardwalk with just a few steps to the water. My teenagers enjoyed the boogie boards and VB provided. We rented bikes and a surfboard and were set! One of the best features is having a hot tub to warm up after ocean swims. Our family enjoyed our time here!

My friends and I had the best stay. The property was beautiful and right on the beach. The Hot tub was a great addition to the place. The view phenomenal. The property manager was so communicative and overall, we just had the best time. Will definitely want to come and stay again!

Perfect Beach Location!
We stayed with our four kids and there was never a dull moment! Steps form the boardwalk and the beach, we could walk to countless restaurants, coffee shops, and Belmont Park! When we weren’t doing that my kids weee enjoying the beach, the waves, and the hot tub when they got chilly from the ocean. It’s also within 15 minutes drive to so many of the hot tourist attractions in San Diego. I couldn’t recommend more! The owner was also incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly.

This condo is in a great location (right on the boardwalk). However, if you are wanting private balconies or any privacy at all then this condo isn’t for you! There are several condos that share all outside space. It is also very small for a family. Nice enough!

Great Mission Beach Stay
It was a great place in a great location with all the amenities needed for the beach. We enjoyed the outside patio to people watch while sipping coffee and watching the dolphins. Dominique was an excellent communicator and made everything easy. We will return soon!

Great location! Amazing view! Has parking, which is a huge plus for the area. It’s fully stocked condo with all the things you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, towels, boogie boards, enough plates and silverware and cooking utensils you can think of! The Welcome basket was so thoughtful! Dominique was quick to respond on the few questions we had. Super clean, cozy spot. Loved the fire place after a long day at the beach, we would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were better than expected. The gift basket upon our arrival, made us all feel very special. Are you gonna get? The ocean view from our bedroom, could only be topped, by the fact that, with the push of a button, and without leaving the bed, you could have complete privacy.

Beauty at the Beach
Terrific value and stunning views in the heart of Mission Beach. We loved the sound of the surf, walking along the beach, relaxing in the hot tub, or seeing the sights in San Diego just a few minutes away. Condo clean, well-equipped (including full-size washer/dryer), and owner was very responsive. The perfect place to relax. This was our second stay, and won't be our last.

Mission Beach vaca
This condo was just as advertised and worked out great. You can walk across the boardwalk and be right on the beach. The beds were comfortable as was the couch. Property manager Dominique was great to work with and went out of her way to be helpful, which we so appreciated.

MOM/SONS WEEKEND GETAWAY
This was the perfect location for a quick little mom & sons getaway! The boys were able to play on the beach without us having to go far. The Boardwalk was nice & convenient to just walk to and enjoy all that it has to offer. The fireplace was a nice touch since it was winter, to come back at the end of the day and relax by the fire while we watched movies. Also enjoyed the Hot Tub on site. The only thing was parking spot is super tight, which takes a few minutes to get into just right, but it wouldn't stop us from returning to this property in the future.

Perfect location!
This location was fantastic! Right on the ocean, walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, shops and rental stores. If you're up for longer walks, Pacific Beach and Crystal Pier are only about 1.5 miles. Our kids rollerbladed up and down the boardwalk for 2 days straight. The unit itself was clean and what we expected. The space is small, but laid out well and way better than sharing a hotel room with 3 kids. There were also games, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc in the unit we could use. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well. Dominique, the property manager, was super response. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some day!

2nd Visit - we’ll be back again!
We love this location. We rented here 2 years ago and stayed a week. This time we visited for a shorter stay to celebrate our son’s graduation from USMC MCRD Bootcamp. Easy to find, convenient parking, close to everything with beautiful views. While we had hoped to stay closer to base, we had such run around and lack of response from other property managers we decided to go with the place we felt most at home. We’re so glad we chose this spot again and we’re already planning our next trip! Thank you for making our trip easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend you and your property!

Just fabulous!
The unit was well equipped and clean. You could tell that the owner put time into making this place welcoming. The location was fantastic! Every morning you wake up to crashing waves on the beach. Love the vibe of the area. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was great, the location, access to the beach etc. The people who dwell in the building could work on their treatment of the guests but I get it may seem a little inconvenient for them at times. Terrible noise from the upstairs unit the entire stay - constant stomping up until 2 in the morning. Stay upstairs!!!

Jack, I'm so sorry that you had some issues with disrespectful guests in other units. I'm sorry I didn't find out until it was too late to do anything about it. It is not typical to have those issues.

This is a great place to stay. This is our 3rd time renting this condo and we’re coming back next year. The location is great and the manager is excellent to work with. It would be nice if they had AC in the bedrooms though. But overall I highly recommend this.
