Decent for price. Free breakfast/parking a plus!
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Pros: Free parking Nd breakfast
Cons: One elevator, paper thin walls.
Location: Off busy road, entrance hard to find
The hotel was decent. Recently updated, but rooms were small. Walls were paper thin and could here everything. Only had 1 elevator. Breakfast and parking were free which was awesome, since most elsewhere charges. For the price, the hotel was decent.

I have worked in retail before and I know that customer service is a number one priority. This hotel in San Diego provided that and more. If I am ever in the area again ill definially stay there again.

Not a great stay.

Cons: Run down building, and rude staff. Carpets was filthy and sticky, dogs in the room next door barked all night.
Location: Very "compact" location made it difficult to find. Run down building with very compact parking.
The rooms have been remodeled to be decent, but the building was hard to find and very run down. There were dogs in the room next to us barking almost all night as this is a "pet friendly" hotel. The staff woman working on the "breakfast" was very rude and choices for food were extremely limited. Not a great stay and don't plan to stay here again.

Convenient to Interstate 5
Posted Jan 23, 2013
Pros: Inexpensive; Convenient location
Cons: Parking
Location: Hard to find entrance to hotel if you did not research it before arriving
Parking is stressful - parking is very limited and difficult to get into/out of parking spots (building posts). Most of the parking is not monitored and you feel at risk going to/from car after dark. Rooms are clean, relatively quiet, and there is a free lobby breakfast in the morning.

We stayed for one night. Thank goodness we did. We came there to park and it was so narrow only four parking lanes and then you have to park in the garage thats even worse. All the cars were close together and inside the hotel hallways it had an odd smell that our whole family didn't like. Would not recommend this

Pleasant stay

Pros: The welcoming room was a surprise. Great maintenance staff too.
Cons: The parking area and the entrance.
Location: Pretty central and close to our family. That was the main reason we went there.
The hotel is wonderful. We had a nice stay and even extended. The breakfast was varied and copious. The staff very welcoming. The only drawback would be the entrance into the hotel - a little street barely noticeable turning in an entrance with the parking garage behind. Still, it was worth it.

A little confusing to get to....
Posted Jan 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was clean and comfortable. I believe it was recently refurbished. The temporary parking area used when you need to check in was small and tough to get a space in. The regular parking area was fine. It's easy to miss the driveway for this place...it's hard to tell it's the right place to pull in. Didn't utilize the breakfast, but did get coffee, which was good. Will be staying again in May.
