It situates next to I-5 on ramp. Parking slots are relatively narrow and hard to get in/out. First level parking has homeless individuals camping outside, and they move into parking structure when raining.

We booked this hotel because we needed a hotel with an EV charger as it was one of the criteria that we filtered. Came to check in and front desk said the EV chargers were removed about 3 years ago and yet they still haven’t updated this! Front desk was courteous enough to comp us with free snacks and drinks from the front desk area. We ended up going to a nearby supercharger and sadly when we came back there are no more spots for us to park in the parking structure as parking spots in the structure are very limited.

The hotel was clean. I would stay here again but never on 1st floor. Last time we were in bottom floor and with the window so close to sidewalk it doesn’t feel safe. This time on 4th floor and can see homeless outside. Breakfast not good. Free parking was great.

Customer service was good very helpful and polite. The surrounding area and the parking lot were terrible. Parking space super compact even for my honda, ridiculous. Over all the room was ok, my kids loved the fact they could enjoy the pool after 10 pm, but probably wont be staying here again.

Parking was close to the entrance and seemed secure. The area around the hotel was so so. The bed was very comfortable but the couch was “used” a lot. TV was nice. Room had hair in the refrigerator and in the bathtub, my wife considered that as being dirty ( which it may have been) but it was difficult to tell as the tile and carpet were dark colors. Can’t comment on the morning breakfast as we had to leave to early

The property is old and walls and ceilings are paper thin -- you could here everything. Located in a very unsafe area and parking is limited and auxillary parking is in a scary location. The room was was disgusting with walls plastered and not painted, dirty sink. No one was at the desk for check-in and we waited about 15 minutes. I've stayed at La Quitas before, but this one was horrible.

We definitely loved the location and the staff was so helpful with all our needs. We just had a scare due to a spider crawling on us at night while sleeping and it bit my husband lol. Other than that we will be back for sure

There is an mj dispensary right behind the hotel. While this is absolutely not the hotels fault or problem, it did result in our hotel room reeking of the herb for the entire stay. Especially in the bathroom for some reason. The breakfast is extremely limited and located in a very small space. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable and the shower has lots of pressure. Full bathroom amenities are provided with plenty of bath towels. Front desk staff was very helpful and very friendly. Property is adequate for a short stay if you’re on a budget and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Great stay! We travel to SeaWorld regularly and this was a nice gem! Only issues is the parking. Wouldn’t be surprised if someone dinged my car. It’s so tight. Other than that, it’s a hotel I would stay again.

I went with my family. We had a one year old and a 5 year old. The place was good from beginning to end. The beds and pillows were exactly what we needed to rest. Would stay again in the near future. The breakfast had great selection.

The property was quiet and felt safe. The parking was a little bit of a challenge as the garage is small for turning around and getting in and out of. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to get to the airport for an early morning flight.

The place is clean, relatively quiet, staff is friendly, facilities are on par with the price. Wanted to find an extra blanket in the middle of the night as it gets a chilly, but found none in the room. Stopped by the front desk next morning, the lady at the front desk called the service room a few times but no answer. I ended up asking a staff in the service room to get an extra blanket. A bit disappointing in the experience, but the staff has been courteous.
