Nice place,clean,quiet,friendly staff,very good breakfast. Very convenient to travel to travel to downtown san francisco in less than 30 minutes via Caltrain across the hotel. The only bad thing i can mention is the no airport shuttle service but it will cost you about 25 dollars huber/lyft. I will stay there again.

Consider booking a room elsewhere. Despite appearing more budget-friendly than neighboring options, my experience was marred by unforeseen expenses. After prepaying for a three-day stay through Expedia, I was surprised to discover an additional charge of $125 labeled as "parking and fees," and to make matters worse, I was not provided with a receipt. The first night revealed a shower drainage issue, fortunately resolved promptly by sending someone with a bottle of drain cleaner and a rag. Uneven stairs with some looseness raised safety concerns. While exploring, I noticed potential structural damage to the building. Adding to the discomfort, the presence of questionable individuals on the premises left us feeling unsafe. In light of these issues, I strongly advise against choosing this location for your stay. On the first night, I encountered a drainage issue in the shower, which fortunately was addressed promptly after reporting it. The maintenance staff used a bottle of drain cleaner and a rag to fix the problem. Additionally, I noticed that the stairs were uneven, with some being loose. While exploring the premises, I observed what seemed like potential structural damage to the building. This experience has left me concerned about the overall quality and transparency of the accommodations.

No way it should be rated a 3 star, no place to eat within normal walking distance. Limited airport transfer, with no service between 9:35 AM and 6:35 PM. Shuttle is a third party service with this hotel being its 4th pickup each trip with no guarantee that there will be a seat available. Complaint to hotel staff was met with their claiming that Travelocity was not updating their website.

The microwave oven was broken and had to be replaced, the toilet broke and had to be fixed at 10:45 p.m. and the television offered very few Channel options and made a very loud noise from time to time which was startling.

This property is extremely dirty. Hotel rooms were disgusting. Trains and traffic can be heard in the room. Homeless people all around and one was on property sleeping. I had Three rooms and we’re not able to get next to each other while walking by several rows of rooms. Tried to get hold of property manager to change facilities and was not available. Left messages for her to contact us and never did. I went through Expedia and was told property manager is the only one to make a decision and did not get back with us and that I would hear something within 72 hours. Will not do any business with comfort suites or Expedia ever again

Weekend Concert Get Away
It went well. The hotel was clean, answered all our questions, and a great hot breakfast. The only compliant I have is a little stain on the bed. Check-In and Check-Out was easy and the place is right off the freeway. Great place to crash when in San Fran, but it is out of the city. My friend didn’t mind driving whenever we left the hotel. Overall, great stay.

This hotel was fine for the price and close access to the airport. I appreciated the free transport to and from the airport. The room itself was clean and nice, but the hotel was a bit run down and dirty. What I did not like is the $100 they charged me and then refunded me when I checked out. I have had credit card hold before but not actual chargers. Oh and free breakfast was great. Overall it was fine, served its purpose of ease to airport so I recommend.

on approach to my room everything looked unkept and dirty. The room was right next to the parking lot and I felt unsafe. The clerk at the front desk was very nice and helpful to help me find a room where I felt more safe even thought the whole hotel was fully booked. I was very pleased with that. The air conditioner in the room made a loud strange noise and I had to sleep with ear plugs and a pillow on my head. I had to get up at 4 and got a wake up call at 3:45. That was a drag. The whole hotel was dated. I didn't want to touch anything or take a shower or even walk barefoot on the carpet let alone touch the remote control. They put a hold on my card for $100 even thought I pad prepaid the room which is fine and a week later it's still there, not under pending but posted. Helpful staff but I'd think twice about staying there.
