San Francisco Vacation

Pros: Décor, fire pit, lobby
Cons: mattresses could be better
Location: Half Moon Bay not far, Starbucks across parking lot. San Francisco 20 minutes away.
Loved the courtyard. It didn't feel like a typical hotel more like a super nice apartment complex. We loved the fire pit. Very close to a lot of amenities.

Smart hotel with efficient staff

Pros: Size and comfort
Cons: The pull down bed.
Location: Good for san fransisco
Very quick check in late at night. Large room , modern and well equipped. The spare pull down bed was disappointing though

Nice hotel in town

Pros: Easy to get in & out. Pretty close to freeway w/out all the noise though. Very clean rooms & comfortable bed with large screen t.v.
Cons: The menu in the Bistro. Need more choices for pescatarians or non meat eaters!
Overall, I had a really nice stay here! I asked for a quiet room & I received it. Although I was on the 2nd floor with a floor above & below me & someone on 1 side of me, it was really quiet for a Saturday night. I just needed some R&R & that is what I got which was wonderful! They even have an on site little bistro which I had breakfast at & it was good. The only thing I didn't like was that for dinner they didn't have a lot to choose from for a pescatarian. I don't eat meat, or poultry but do eat seafood, etc. I wish they had a few more choices for me there. If I remember correctly they had a tuna fish sandwich & shrimp spring rolls, but no salads w/out chicken or pasta that I could eat. Otherwise, everything was great. The room was really clean & the bed was comfortable too.

Hotel worth trying

Pros: Hotel is well kept, rooms are well kept, the center courtyard gives a very relaxing feeling, the lounge area is very nice, ease of access to wifi.
Cons: none for now.
Location: Easy access to the 101 and 580, next to a Costco and some food chain establishments, close to Bridgepoint Mall for shopping and dining, light traffic.
Every Marriott I've stayed in always brings in amazing experience.

Dated furnishings, dirty carpet, smell

Hotel staff was very nice. Hall way carpet is dated, shower curtain is dated. Carpet in the room is slightly soiled and damp, smell of fabreze or cleaning material from bathroom was not lovely for the price of the hotel. TV was situated side of bed it was hard to watch without twisting my neck, the fan/vent made a loud noise. I asked hotel person about restaurant, and told me to eat at restaurant at hotel which is basically a cafeteria, which wasn't attractive for dinner, and not mention anything about real restaurant near-by.

Good location

This hotel needs to be updated. Very noisy and popcorn ceilings. Didn't think any major hotel chains still had popcorn ceilings. Marriott is my favorite chain for comfort. The beds at this location were not the same at several other locations. Staff were friendly and the room was very neat and clean. Location was good for us. I wouldn't stay again at this location due to the beds. I have a bad back and the new updated Marriott hotels have better beds.
