When we arrived the front desk man gave us attitude since “we were the last ones to check in at night” whatever we ignored that. We get to our room and the carpet was soaking wet because apparently they had some water pipes bust and a bunch of rooms were soaking wet! Our bags had to be put up on the tables and such since the floors were so squishy. Destiny the morning desk clerk said that she would credit back to my account which is nice and I appreciate her for it. 5/10 I would call to make sure rooms are dry first.

Pacifica beach hotel is in a beautiful area but unfortunately when we were there, we almost had to leave in the middle of the mnight because there were non stop fire alarms going in all of the rooms with flashing lights and blaring alarms until 3am. The hotel also seemed to be in quite a bit of construction which we didn't know (like that they didn't have a working elevator).

This has been our favorite place to stay but not this time It was under renovation with no notice. The room we were placed in was right next to the part that was being worked on. Our tub didn’t drain properly and some of the functions and lights weren’t working. Our ceiling was patched like there was water damage and half the room lights were out

Our room was dirty and the sink didnt work so they moved us rooms. The room they moved us to was even dirtier and someone elses hair and eyelashes all over it smelled really humid and like mold. Definitely not like the pictures. The view of the ocean was nice though and the staff was friendly.

The best thing about the room, was the jacuzzi. Other than that there were some items that could use some fixing, including the refrigerator door that was hard to open (hinges rubbing), balcony door rubbing on the carpet, no washcloths (remedied with a trip to the front desk) poor internet connections, poor lighting in the room, black (mildew?) spot on ceiling, rust on balcony door.

Very nice hotel but absolutely no park and very steap hill, and the parking that there is, is so small . But the actual hotel is very comfortable and staff is absolutely wonderful.

Perfect little get away
This hotel is in a fantastic location and even some of the partial ocean view rooms have a large deck that you can go out on and fully see the ocean. Plus, the ocean is right across the street! The rooms are a little run down but clean, the large jacuzzi tub is great but the bed is a little uncomfortable. All in all it was a great stay and just what I needed.

My wellness weekend 😊
Olivia at the front desk was extra kind by helping me with my luggage upstairs as I had a knee injury so the in room Jacuzzi is exactly what I needed I had a partial view that I totally recommend! You will have your own patio with gorgeous views of the ocean. I wouldn't stay anywhere else, I'll be going back in April

I really enjoyed my stay there. It was a perfect location. Perfect view from our Jacuzzi suite. They are doing remodeling which looks great. I’m really hoping they do not remove the Jacuzzi spas at least in a few of the rooms. They are hard to find these days.

You get a hot tub and it’s across the street from the beach. Downside is that it’s ghetto and the hallways and rooms smells funny. You will always find something wrong with your room. I keep going though b/c HOT TUB AND BEACH
