Family visit
We stayed 5 nights at the Duchessa while visiting family in San Giovanni. The hotel staff was very accommodating and treated us like family! The on site restaurant was a delight! The food was excellent and the service as well. The cafe was nice if you wanted a cup of coffe or tea or a glass wine. The sandwiches and pastries available as well! We will stay there again when we return to visit family

Painful experience
-Location is next to national park of Sila, but is a hotel welcome by loads of locals -patio facing main streets and have been noisy till midnight -staff do NOT speak English -water system of the whole hotel turned down during our stay but incompetent staff referred us to another room for showering. -breakfast is simple with only stuff croissant and coffess

Lovely hotel with a lovely view of the valley. The restaurant has delicious food and requires a reservation for dinner as it is very popular with the locals.

Nice hotel in small town
Stayed four nights and room was very comfortable and staff very helpful. The breakfast was an Italian one which is not what we are used to but it was adequate.

Può migliorare tanto
Ottima la posizione, belle le camere spaziose e dotate di arredi confortevoli, comodo anche il bagno, purtroppo il servizio lascia molto a desiderare in quanto completamente lasciato in balia di parenti e/o amici del gestore senza un minimo di professionalità. Negativo il servizio colazione, dove vengono offerti prodotti di bassa qualità e addirittura allucinante la possibilità di richiedere l'aria condizionata non permessa direttamente ai clienti ma da richiedere ogni volta alla reception.

Ottimo hotel
Hotel nuovo, camera confortevole, pulizia della camera e dei luoghi comuni ineccepibile. Personale dell'hotel gentile e premuroso. Consigliato per chi volesse trascorrere una vacanza a San Giovanni in Fiore e visitare le attrazione che offre la Sila.

Ottima struttura, personale disponibile e gentile, tra i punti di forza: le dimenzioni della camera molto ampia e comoda, il ristorante che è sicuramente sopra la media dei ristoranti di hotel in generale.

DA MIGLIORARE
Assenza di personale al ricevimento in arrivo ed anche un paio di volte successivamente, il tutto regolarizzatosi dopo richieste di intervento agli attigui bar e ristorante. Il bagno non era del tutto pulito. La colazione, per qualità e varietà, permette di dare un giudizio che non va oltre la mera sufficienza. Peccato perchè la struttura alberghiera è moderna, e dotata di camere spaziose e confortevoli.

Hotelli on melko pieni, mutta todella sympaattinen. Palvelu toimii. Huoneesta oli parveke josta oli näkymä alapuolellea olevaan kaupunkiin. Aamiaisen sai itse tilata kahvilasta joka hotellissa oli. Hotellin yhteydessä on myös todell hyvä ja edullinen ravintola. Hotellissa on hyvä hinta-laatu suhde!

E' stata una breve vacanza confortevole e ben organizzata.L'Hotel ha risposto puntualmente a tutte le esigenze, anzi è andato anche oltre la cortesia e l'ospitalità standard che un albergo dovrebbe avere.Colazione abbondante e ben allestita.Camera molto pulita e confortevole.Arredi moderni e ben curati nei particolari.
