The deck leading up to the apartment is in need of some repair and strengthening in some areas, but once you make it into the apartment, it is in great conditioned. The space was generous for being a small apartment. Only drawback was the underpowered A/C units, however it did not keep us from enjoying our time there. "Gabriel answered our calls promptly and did his best to accommodate us. I shared that the oven top only 3 burners were working properly and he tried to get them repaired.
