“My stay at this hotel was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. I was charged an additional fee for parking, yet there were no available spaces in either parking lot. The room itself was unacceptable. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, there was no hot water, and, most concerning, the doors would not lock properly, creating a serious safety issue.”

“I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate……

“This is the second time we stayed at this rental and we chose to stay here again because it is a great location and within easy walking distance to the boardwalk. I parked my car and didn’t need to drive again until the morning that we left. So convenient. Great cozy 3rd floor apartment is comfortable and roomy enough for the 3 of us. Air conditioning works well, beds are comfortable and decor is nice. Thanks again!”

“The view was spectacular. Beautiful sunrises. The place was very clean and spacious. It was very peaceful and serene. Owners responded immediately to any questions. Check in was seamless. All linens provided, so no need to pack extra. Bed is very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We didn't have to haul towels ,linens, kitchenware to get the perfect spot by the convention center. Super clean and cute as a button. Comfy beds and a ridiculously comfortable oversized couch that seats everybody at once. The owners were super easy to contact. (not that we needed a thing, except a better ability to read perfectly clear directions)We want to go back when the bayside pool opens for the season.”

“For what I paid it wasn’t worth it. I should get money back. Some of the blinds were broken and the one bedroom window didn’t have one at all. Told the manager but no one came to install one. Nothing like the picture. Our full bed the frame was broken. The can opener should be thrown away filthy. The cleaning staff was very accommodating though. Don’t STAY THERE .”
