“I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate……

“This house was in a great location and the amenities were awesome. Upon arriving, we had to wash a few dishes that were noticeably not washed during the prior stay. The dryer took extremely long to dry clothes. We had to bring home damp clothes in a plastic bag due to the dryer running for 3 straight cycles on high and still not fully drying the clothes. “This condo was amazing. It had nearly everything we needed and more. The rooms were Spacious and clean. The nice wrap around balcony was used frequently in the evenings. “This was our 2nd time staying here. Location is great! Jen was very helpful with assisting us to add another night to our stay. Only issue we had this time was the bedroom tv would not connect so we could not watch it. We weren’t there much due to my daughter’s competition so not a huge issue for us. “The "Treehouse" is a lovely getaway right on the Ocean. It is clean and very generously equipped with just about everything you could ask for a quick weekend away. The unit has a local, beachy vibe that just makes you feel like you are really on retreat. The walk up the stairs to the entrance gave us some good exercise.
