There were several homeless people in and around the parking lot. Staff was notified but nothing was done. There was a fight in the parking lot at 2am.

Musty smell, no coffee or anything downstairs (evidently they didn’t have a food permit?) the room was fine though.

The only down fall was the water pressure from the shower in the room. Extremely low pressure and if not careful you could get burned water temperature was not balanced. Very disappointed at that. But all the rest of the room and confortness was great!!

Throughout the day there would be electrical shutdowns for a few minutes. Sometimes this would be anywhere from 3-5 times throughout the day.

The sound insulation effect is very poor, upstairs to take a few showers are clearly heard, I am very unlucky, upstairs is two o 'clock in the morning, estimated to live five people, washed five times, and then running around, the sound of the wooden floor is very crisp

I was expecting complimentary breakfast and coffee. Vending machines were out of water and other items. Staff was great, but lack of amenities was disappointing.

Although it is a new facility, the facility needs a lot of cleaning. The floors were filthy as soon as you walked in to the elevator. The hallways look like they are never vacuumed and trash cans outside the rooms are not emptied out. The floor in our room was not swept. There was hair in the bathtub and appeared to not have been cleaned.
Additionally, the beds are not comfortable and squeaky. Although the facility is not noisy, you can here people talking in the room next door and outside the building.
The facility needs cleaning and good customer service.

Although the construction was new, the tub and shower faucets were both disconnected from the wall.
Also, no ice machine yet - new construction issues.

I booked for one night, ended up staying 4 nights. The staff at first were unpleasant and unfriendly. However, the girl who works the front desk during the week in the mornings was really efficient and kind and she made the remaining stay seemless and enjoyable. I grew to really love this hotel regardless if first impressions.

Hotel was fine, clean and comfortable.
Check out was listed as 11am, was woken up by housekeeping trying to enter the room at 9am and again at 10am. Front desk then called the room at 10.30 to remind us check out was 11am.

My reservation was not in the system even though it was prepaid. Staff was accommodating however, not friendly. Rooms are amazing! Location is industrial so not ideal for a hotel. Close to freeway so that’s a bonus. Hotel is very new and clean and that is both rare and special. Would recommend.
