This place is beautiful! Rooms spacious, bed super comfortable, includes a light breakfast. About 10 minutes walking from the main plaza, safe to walk at night, staff friendly and always helpful.

Amazing stay! So happy we stayed here :)
Amazing stay! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were so friendly and nice. The free breakfast was a bit on the lighter side but still delicious. Beautiful property overall and super close to the main centre (only 20m walk) which is lovely to take a stroll along the cobble stone streets and beautiful buildings/landscape. Had a free parking area that was fully guarded and felt super safe. Beautiful rooftop as well.

Spartan but comfortable accommodations on a quiet street, about a 15 minute walk from the center of town. The views from the rooftop terrace are beautiful. All in all, a great value. We would definitely stay here again if we return to San Miguel.

There was a cockroach in the room! It was alive, we have to kill it, however we have to check all over the room inside the beds, drawers and bathroom, if there were more. Overall the roon was not clean. TV system with signal problems, slow signal and stopping all the time. When doing the checkout I talked to the manager, and we only recieved an apologyze. She did not offer us any discount, or any other ammenity. I expected to receive complementary breakfast, or something else. Not coming back.

Todo estuvo excelente El personal del lugar excepcionalmente amable y atento Las tres personas con las que tuve contacto, la que estaba en recepción y las que estaban en Tereza, muy amables y serviciales Aunque, tuve una desagradable experiencia Mientras desayunaba, llego una persona (mujer) y comenzó a regañar a las personas que preparan alimentos en voz muy alta, por un desperfecto de un molino de café o algo así. Incluso tuvo una llamada desde su celular con otra persona, en altavoz, para exhibir a las encargadas del área de supuestamente haber dañado el equipo. Una experiencia muy desagradable. Ignoro quien haya sido la persona, pero muy mal tacto para resolver el problema Ojalá y se haya disculpado con sus colaboradoras

This is a hidden gem! We arrived at midnight, and were warmly greeted by Anna and Mario. We were running a little hungry. Anna made a wonderful quiche for my wife and I. We were made to feel like family arriving to their home. The next morning we woke up and sat down to the most amazing continental breakfast with fresh fruits, granola, homemade yogurt, and à la carte preparations. The espresso was exquisite! The other staff were so accommodating. When it came time to depart for the airport Mario arranged for a driver. The night before we shared a breathtaking view of a beautiful sunset on the rooftop. We will be back!

Great getaway
Lovely bedroom, comfortable bed, amazing sheets. Good night rest. Continental breakfast only on offer, we had breakfast only one day as personally we need our proteins in the morning. Good walking distance to all main sights. Friendly staff

The Hotel was amazing and well kept. The staff were warm and friendly and always cleaning the hotel grounds. The hotel manager, Anna, was so kind and helped us make reservations on two occasions. She was always will to help and make us feel at home. I would definitely go back.

Un personal muy agradable y amable! La propiedad tiene una distancia adecuada al centro y me encanto la limpieza pues oler las sábanas limpias muy buen hotel a demás que ofrecen unos desayunos deliciosos! Y nos podemos olvidar de la terraza! Me encanto definitivamente regresaremos!

Had the best experience ever. My flight got cancel and Ana was very kind and kept in touch with me once she knew I was running late. She was there once I informed her I was finally heading to the hotel. Loved my room, it was cleaned, staff was kind and very friendly. Breakfast was great!!!! I highly recommend this place, the view at night of the city was amazing.

Best Hotel Ever!!
This was the most beautiful hotel! The staff was beyond kind to us. They had delicious breakfast for us every morning, cleaned our room every day, and Juan was available to us at any time. This was truly amazing. I have no bad comments!! Downtown was only about a 10-15 min walk or a 5-7 min drive. They were truly such nice people and a very beautiful hotel. Will come again!
