Quiet in the Country
This unit is a cute cottage in the country. We were two couples. One stayed in the upstairs bedroom and the other couple in the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed. It was exactly what we are used to at home in terms of distance from town and the rural setting. The owner was very helpful and nice. The water ran very hot and the pressure was strong upstairs, so keep that in mind. There were little things like a downstairs ceiling fan that didn’t work. There is an adorable full service kitchen. All in all it was a great experience and we feel comfortable recommending it to others.

Great stay in the middle of nowhere
The house was just what we needed and a nice getaway. It was further out than we expected, but not too bad. Very secluded and relaxing. A couple of issues with the master bathroom, but nothing that really impacted us. Owner was very responsive.

Great Stay for a true Get Away
The physical picture of the property is exactly what we experienced. Away from the bustling city, we saw goats, a sheep, a deer, yellow billed magpies and other birds on the property. The sunset was spectacular and the the home and kitchen are nice and large. The air works great. Sooo many wineries nearby, we had a hard time choosing. A great area for Pinots and knowledgeable winery hosts rounded out this relaxing weekend.

Just as we pictured and more!
This place is such a unique and relaxing place to stay! It was so nice being able to feed the donkeys and goats, the eggs stocked in the kitchen were a nice touch, and the spacious kitchen was perfect for cooking for our group of 7! There are quite a few wineries 5-10 minutes away and the host was extremely communicative and prompt with her responses. It was the perfect getaway from the city for our group!

Nice house, but not a good rental for more than 4 people
The house was nice and very well decorated. The location is quiet and it is a great place to go to get away from it all. We were going to have 8 of us, but 2 couldn't go, which ended up being a good thing considering the sleeping arrangements. The mattresses in the room with the trundle bed was beyond uncomfortable. You could feel every spring (and see them) in both mattresses and it would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The pull out bed in the sofa was slightly better, but we had to put every quilt we could find in the closet to make it comfortable enough to sleep on. It was difficult for us to find the rental as the instructions didn't indicate anything about the bridge being out and you can't see the house from the road. From the street, you can't see that there is a road on the side of the bridge. The information in the binder indicated that the bridge should not be used, but that is useless if you can't find the place. We called the property manger, but didn't hear back from her until ½ hour after we found the place. The binder indicated that there would be coffee, a bottle of wine, and some other goodies to power us through our first night. The basket was empty. Cleanliness: Although the rental was generally clean, there were quite a few instances of items that showed that it was not fully cleaned. There were two hair ties on the floor in the upstairs, so it obviously was not vacuumed. The sheets in the upstairs bedroom were ripped. The faucets in the bathrooms had water and toothpaste stains on them. The lip of the bathroom counter and the lampshades in the downstairs bedroom were dusty. The nightstand in the downstairs bedroom had a puddle of furniture polish that solidified. There was a Kleenex holder in the upstairs bathroom, but no Kleenex. There were cobwebs and dust bunnies near the fireplace (and the fireplace had not been cleaned out). Lights: There were 3 lights out in the chandelier in the kitchen, and 2 inset ceiling lights were out. The front and back porch lights did not work. It is really dark up there, with no streetlights, so unless you have a flashlight, you'll have trouble getting in the house. We barely had enough towels (it was a good thing that 2 of our party did not attend, as that was the only way I had a towel for my hair). The towels were rough and smelled of mildew (they may have been left in the washer too long).

Lovely and secluded!
Lovely vintage-feel location out among the hills. Easy check in. Quaint, very cute house. Spacious cottage core kitchen and comfortable living room with nice clean bedrooms. Perfect fit for our group of 6 adults. Ride share does not seem to service this area so plan your trip accordingly.

Relaxing and peaceful
Beautiful stay, with lots of animals, close by and a relaxing environment. Great wineries on all roads nearby. Beautiful sunsets bring a flashlight for the darkness that is partially lit by the stars.

Wonderful
We stayed here over the Easter weekend and had such a wonderful experience. The farm is gorgeous and great for walks plus there are goats, donkeys and chickens which the kids loved to visit and feed. The house was perfect and the hosts were lovely and super responsive. The location is also great, very quick to get into Paso Robles. Overall a fantastic stay!
