We stay here a lot. The Quays is consistently excellent, plus they have upgraded things in the bathroom, like taps, showers, toiletries, etc. highly recommend.

Good location, friendly staff. Apart from the WiFi issue were all good. Manager apologized for the inconvenience. The cleaning standard is above my expectations. Will consider to go back again!

The units were clean and tidy, however there was a musty smell to the units. We left windows open while we were onsite until we went to bed. And the second issue I had was that the detergent used for the bedding had a very strong smell. It smelt clean but way too strong.

Firstly, it was refreshing to be greeted by an actual person at a physical reception desk, not an impersonal automated check-in system. Ron explained everything about the room and services offered, with a smile. The room itself was clean with lots of lighting. The bed was comfortable and even a compendium with lots of information about attractions and services available in the region. Even though I was travelling on business, it was great to see the info that tourists would find very useful. The housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. The standard of service provided was at a level every accommodation establishment should aspire to. Thank you to Ron and staff for making my stay not just pleasant, but enjoyable. To quote Arnold Schwarzenegger.... "I'll Be Back!!!"

The motel was located on a hill on the Melbourne side of San Remo. It was easy to find on our arrival. There was a sea view from the room and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Get folliculitis after this stay.
Unpleasant experience. The service attitude of the receptionist is poor. She has no smile at all. And I was charged an extra AUD$20 for insurance when I checked-in. What’s even more outrageous is that the spa bath in the room is super dirty. After 3-4 days, my skin became inflamed. Doctor pointed out that it might be caused by soaking in a poorly maintained bathtub. Moreover, only shampoo is provided, no shower gel. The hair dryer is also very poor, super noisy but not strong enough nor hot enough.

Hi Anonymous guest,Sorry to hear that your stay was not up to standard. Unfortunately we are unable to review any of your complaints as we do not know who you are and what day you stayed with us. The insurance charge we do not understand either as we do not charge a bond or insurance for guests who stay. The charge may of been for extra people that were not included in your booking. As for the Spa being dirty, we are very surprised as we do follow a hygiene protocol with all of our Spa rooms. Had you informed us at the time, we may have been able to rectified any concerns you may of had.Sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us, please note if you stay at any Motel and if you have any issues you should address them immediately with the owners or management so that they can rectify any problems straight away.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a free small milk for tea during check in. Rooms were a bit dated but everything was clean and beds were comfortable. They had in-room chocolate bars in the fridge at a fair price almost the same as what you would buy at a convenience store. Lovely place and great price. I would book again.
