The apartment is located in a building on the second floor, reachable by a comfortable lift, it is 35 square meters; we find: the kitchen (with a dishwasher) connected immediately to the living room with a double bed.

WITH AIR CONDITIONING (very important in July / August) and television.

The house is located 50 meters from the beach, in a residential neighborhood a few steps from the marina and the center.

It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, a few steps from the best restaurants of San Vincenzo. It is possible to reach on foot all the activities of San Vincenzo, including the train station and the ferry to visit the islands.
