No Internet
There internet wasn't working so no one had access to their computers or phones to do school work. We went a few times to the office and we're just told well I guess for some reason the Internet just won't connect to your phone. It didn't connect with anyone in the whole hotel .we talked to many of them. Such a inconvenience for the kids that needed to use it for school.

The rooms were cleaned. Having a ice box, coffee maker made our day. Beds were comfortable. Planning another stay around the fall again. Good choices for breakfast. Everything was good.

We arrived to check in a little after 3pm (scheduled check in time) on Friday and there was a group of people in the parking lot waiting to get in. No one was at the hotel and the doors to front desk were locked. Someone finally arrived after 4pm. Rooms conditions/cleanliness are fair, but definitely get what you pay for. We went to leave to head back to CP and found our door wouldn’t lock, the manager was accommodating and switched us to a new room, but definitely something to be cautious of. Not the best place to stay, but again get what you pay for.

The hotel is nice and comfortable the down side no working wifi or internet at all and the breakfest was frozen food that had to warm up with a microwave the hotel should have cost less what I have paid for each night just becuse it's off season shouldent be lack of breakfest or not having internet services

The desk took into consideration my breathing disability and made sure my room was 1st flr- and close to the lobby as I requested and she was very, very pleasant!

No hot water to take showers in the morning. Started the heater and it set the smoke alarm off. Breakfast was cold cereal and microwave sandwiches. The sheets were dirty, foot print on sheet. Hair in the shower.

We didn’t have water the first night. I wish maintenance would have fixed it at night instead of waiting until the morning. I had to take a cold shower. When you’re paying as much as you are for a hotel you at least expect hot water.

Clean, a bit outdated. There was some craziness going on with other guests that caused a wait when we were checking in, but I realize that wasn't the employees fault.

We had to move to a new room because we had no hot water. And the new room had no hot water as well. The maintenance man was called repeatedly for several hours through the night and didn’t bother to answer. Very unprofessional and irresponsible but the staff were nice.

NO HOT WATER! Several others complaining about the same thing. Breakfast was a JOKE waffle maker broke no milk for cereal bagels were stale. WIFI JOKE! I mean guess you get what you pay for if i was a Wyndham I’d be embarrassed to have this as one of my properties.

The staff was very kind and helpful, but that was about the only perk of this hotel. The breakfast advertised was NOT available, they didn’t even have coffee prepared. Waffle maker broken, no eggs, no milk for the cereal. Very disappointed. Room was clean but outside there were many large spiders along the stairs. Will not be returning on my next Cedar Point trip.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. They chronically overbook and then scramble to find another hotel to put you in. This has happened twice. Phone number does not work. Charlene the manager dumps shifts in her coworkers. The other staff admitted this is a chronic problem "everyone knows about it". They are also open now (October) Friday and Saturday. STAY AWAY!

Called multiple times, 20-30 times in five hours to notify of late check-in based on hotel policy and the phones just rang and rang. Next day, no breakfast left for many people and rude staff when asked about food.

We were woken up all night by other people yelling in the hallway and slamming doors, and stayed in a room that was rundown and barely cleaned. The comforter I used had someone else’s drool on it that I could smell before I even used it. For the price I would expect the room to at least be clean.
