I have been bringing my family and friends to Sundial every summer for the last 12 years and this is the first time I have made reservations through Vrbo, and I wish I would of done this years ago. Sundial P402 is the place to be! When walking into the condo the only word was wow! The condo is spacious, decor is spot on and the view is beautiful!! The area is quiet and the undercover parking kept my car cool. I will definitely be returning to this condo next year!!

Perfect for relaxing at the beach.
The property was very nice, clean and convenient to the beach, shops and other new and fun adventures. All the comforts of home yet the little things that remind you that you are on vacation. Would enjoy staying here again.

Enjoyed Our Stay!!!
We were very, very pleased with our recent stay at the Sundial Unit P-402!!! All the appliances were new or almost new. We really appreciated the ceiling fans and the fact that the unit was very clean when we checked in. All the furnishings were "top-notch". The living area was spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. We were so thankful to have a washer and dryer so we could keep up with our dirty clothes every day. There wasn't a single thing we weren't completely happy and satisfied with. Prior to the pandemic we came to the Sundial every year because Barbara and I love to spend time on the beach looking for shells and we are hoping to resume coming every year moving forward. I believe we have found our new "Sanibel home" in Unit P-402. We will definitely plan to come back to P-402 for all of our future trips to Sanibel and the Sundial.

Best girlfriend trip!!
Our group of five stayed 5 nights - we have been on many trips and it was the best, most convenient, cleanest place we have ever stayed. It has everything you need and is in a beautiful location. Cannot think of anything lacking about this condo! Pictures don’t do it justice. We loved it!!

Can't wait to return!
We absolutely loved this condo! The view is incredible and the condo is really lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor seating on the screened in balcony is just perfect. The beds were really comfortable and it was so clean. Loved the walking/bike paths right outside the condo. Easy to get to anywhere. We can't wait to go back!

Thank you and we wish we would’ve earned all five stars. So sorry you assumed check out was 4pm, however, we indicate clearly, multiple times, that check out is 10am. We need ample time to get the room ready for the next guest. Hoping that didn’t take off one star as our entire team works so hard to make sure everything is as perfect as possible for each and every guest.

Great stay at Sundial
This was a perfect condo for myself, my husband and my brother and his husband. Very spacious interior. The second bath is a little small but it worked fine. Our only issue was that my brother in law is in a wheelchair and one of the elevators broke while we were there. There was another and the elevator maintenance people came out within 24 hours to fix it. Overall the condo was perfect for our needs.

Love The View
The condo was clean and well equipped. Sliding open the doors to the patio and it was like the living room grew and it was all outside. Loved the view of the Gulf and the well-maintained courtyard. Really enjoyed our time there.

Great beach view on Sanibel
Condo is very spacious and comfortable with great view of gulf coast and beach. Bright and cheerful inside. Easy walk to pool, beach, and on-site restaurants and store. Close bicycle ride to many restaurants on Sanibel using the bike path.

Beautiful and Clean
The condo was just as described in the listing. This one is on the 4th floor with a phenomenal view. This condo over looks the pool and ocean. While we didn't use the pool, the beach was nice and easily accessible. There were marked parking places for the condo. The island itself was beautiful and easy to navigate.

The property was exactly as listed and pictures. Was clean, spacious and a beautiful view of the Gulf. Very convenient to the beach. There was even 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to use. Would definitely recommend.

2021 family vacation at Sanibel
Incredibly clean and well maintained. Great location on the beach offering a great view of the beach. The amenities of the unit and the associated Sundial resort were fine and we had a lovely stay.
