I was very excited to stay in this hotel again, however I was let down. The hotel allows guests to contact customer service via text. When we got in the lukewarm hot tub we messaged the front desk and were informed that the temperature could not be raised, and then told that it was 104 degrees (simply not true) and as other guests complained and left, that no one would be available to check. After shivering back to the room and informing a manager, I was told that I was mistaken, that the temperature is perfect. If this is an amenity that matters to you, or if customer service is a factor in your decision, I would stay elsewhere.
