Everyone was very friendly. The hot tub and pool weren't really open for the season yet which we were expecting and not happy about. Especially the hot tub should be open more. Everything else was just above average but clean. I was surprised at 8:45 am on Sunday when a male employee knocked on my door and asked if we were checking out?? He barely spoke english and I wasn't happy about that and short with him. I said yes but not yet! Would he have just walked in if I was in the shower and didn't answer? Not acceptable.

Like the free breakfast. The hotel is very clean. We had a toilet seat that was very loose, which was tricky sitting on it, room 233... The Staff is very nice.

The internet worked for my phone but not my children’s devices, there was a huge clump of hair in the shower (clearly the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned), and the breakfast was a disappointment. Bedding and room was comfortable.

Overall good. Frequently ran out of fruit, muffins and yogurt at breakfast. Also, should offer a place to get filtered water all the time not just breakfast.

The HVAC unit blew either too hot or too cold - the temp control wasn't working until our third night. The fridge only froze. The lower temps didn't work. The toilet was loose and rocked.

Not so great. Beds were clean and comfortable but the hallway odorous, the icemaker didn’t work, our door knob fell off after two days, but was repaired quickly. Rugs were pretty beat up probably won’t suggest staying there again.

Likes - very quiet and clean room. Polite staff and chill environment. Not so likes - hallways kinda worn out and not vacuumed regularly with bits of cereal, etc. in the halls and stairwell. All in all pretty positive experience. Would stay again.

It was easy to get to historic downtown. Washers and dryers available. The best breakfasts of our trip. Google Maps mixed up the addresses of two inns in Santa Fe with almost identical addresses on our second night. They told us it had happened frequently to others.
