Hi Kenneth, Let us first start with an apology for the leak, and that it was not discovered or fixed prior to your stay. That is an emergency in our book and we want to address any leaks right away. We also understand the frustration with the door code and have looked into the issue to be resolved. We were not aware you had any pest issue we would have been happy to send pest control out to the property for you.
