I booked this hotel for one night because we had a late arriving flight and an early departure the following day. The hotel is surrounded by office buildings and the was no car or pedestrian traffic at 7:00PM when we arrived. In fact, the taxi driver did not know where the hotel was located. We finally arrived but had to walk across a divided street as the taxi driver did not want to turn around. Checkin was really smooth and very quick, which was greatly appreciated given how tired we were. Much to our disappointment we informed that the 16th floor pool and bar were closed which left the lobby bar and restaurant as our only options. The room was small but clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The VIP bottle of iced sparkling wine waiting for us was WONDERFUL. After getting situated we headed down to dinner at the lobby restaurant, which was really, really good. The staff was amazingly friendly and eager to help (though clearly understaffed). Checkout procedures was really quick.

Front desk should have been friendlier and more helpful. A map and clear directions would have been appreciated. Breakfast and breakfast staff were outstanding ! Carpets are dirty and should be replaced in hallways. Interesting shower set up water leaks o to the floors.
