Pros: Fantastic staff
Location: Excellent location
Paradise view is a superb , small ,friendly, well located hotel in Sapa. The staff were excellent with very good communication skills and very efficient and helpful. The rooms are well designed and offer fantastic views. I can't wait to go back!

Authentic and welcomingPosted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: Genuine honest accommodation at a great price
Location: 5 mins walk from the main square with restaurants and shops. 15 mins walk from the local markets and lake.
This hotel was everything I hoped it would be and exactly like the photos. It's not the last word in luxury but the hotel was clean, comfortable and charming "Sapa style", with the best thing being the service from David the Manager and Kim. They cannot do enough for you, we arranged our station transfers with them, they organised a two day private trekking tour with guide for us, they provided packed lunches and day rooms for showers which is so welcome after your night train arrival from Hanoi. Highly recommended if you want to get a real feel of the culture.

No elevator an issuePosted Mar 29, 2015 on Hotels
Location great...very central but just out of the traffic madness of the Main Street. Rooms clean and great view when fog lifts. No elevator and uneven winding stairs a real problem which marred an otherwise pleasant stay. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good hotel but expensive for Vietnam. Central location, clean, good service
