If you prefer a night in, then the living room will keep you in the lap of luxury. Pop yourself down on a couch and catch up on your favorite shows via our large TV with DVD player. Rather catch up with friends on social media, or make some last minute purchases online? Simply hook up to our fast, free Wi-Fi and surf the net for as long as you like! If you fancy taking a break from technology, then why not have a romantic lakeside stroll with a loved one and watch the sunset?

Whether you fancy yourself as a culinary artist or just enjoy a touch of cooking, our fully equipped kitchen is there to make your life as easy as possible. All utensils, cutlery/crockery are included as well as all the other convenience appliances you would expect, such as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and coffee maker – for when the day is just a little too long!

It wouldn’t be right to have a traditional Floridian villa without a swimming pool, and ours doesn’t disappoint. With views to die for, the 30ft seasonally heated pool also benefits from an attached Jacuzzi, so when you’re done doing laps or lazing on an inflatable, you can unwind in style. Whether you want to float on an inflatable or take a quick dip, you won’t be disappointed. Sunburn and insects won’t bother you – the area is fully screened and shaded so you can relax in peace and comfort. Once you dry off, you can enjoy a light lunch on the lanai – which benefits from a dining table and overhead fan – or cook up a feast with family on the dedicated grill.
When you are ready to put head to pillow, we have three lovely bedrooms to offer. Both master and second bedroom are cosy and comfortable, with king-sized beds and overhead fans to keep you cool whilst you sleep. If you’re part of a larger party, we have you covered. One of the communal sofas easily unfolds into a double bed to sleep two more. As well as fresh bedding, we also provide all towels (with extras on-site), so the only thing you need to think about is what bed you want!

Parking problems are non-existent, with plenty of space on the driveway, as well as a further space in the double garage, which has both an electric external and secure internal door for easy access after a long day out. The space also doubles up as a utility room, and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and a dedicated drying area.

Sarasota is well-known as a cultural hub of activity, and was named by Money Magazine as one of the top 15 livable communities in America. Besides having wonderful weather nearly all year around, you’ll never be short on ways to spend your day.

Enjoy golf? Then take a swing at The Meadows, Village Green, or one of over 40 other clubs. If you would rather watch than play, Sarasota has you covered. Major sporting events – from basketball, soccer, football, baseball, and even motocross and monster truck rallies are all waiting to be enjoyed by those with a taste for the competitive!

If exploration is more your style, then take a 2-hour kayak tour through the mangroves, or rent a push-bike for the day and take to the streets! If Art gives you happiness then visit The Ringling Museum, where you can feast your eyes on a staggering 21 European painting galleries, as well as rare antiquities from Asia, Americas and Cyprus. If you like exotic animals, then take yourself over to the Sarasota Jungle Gardens, where you can spend your time surrounded by over 150 different critters of all shapes and colors! For the foodies out there, head to one of the countless restaurants, where you can tantalize your taste buds without-watering cuisines from around the world – including French, Caribbean, Italian, Spanish, Peruvian, and of course American!

Any trip to Sarasota has to include a visit to Siesta Key. One of America’s most famous beaches, the Key boasts gorgeous quartz sand, stunningly clear and a charming village formed of beautiful bungalows, renowned restaurants and salubrious shops. If you’re after a quiet time, then why not wade in the crystal waters or charter a fishing boat for the day? If quiet time is the last thing on your mind, then why not feed your inner daredevil – Jet-skiing, wind-surfing or parasailing are just a small part of what you can do to get the heart racing! Or if you want to head out of the area completely, then jump in the car and take the short drive to Orlando, where you can visit the iconic Disney World, Islands of Adventure, and SeaWorld. You’ll be guaranteed to leave with a camera full of memories and a bag full of souvenirs!
