Location is excellent. .5 mile to free parking to a unpopulated beach.And to see the rocket launch. The property is very well maintained and has everything you need. Well stcoked with everything you need. Would recommend it. And will return.

Perfect for Blended Family
Open floor plan and extended outdoor patio makes this place perfect for our blended family and two sets of teenagers. All had enough space to sleep comfortably and enjoy the perfectly temped pool. Great location for many different amenities in a family friendly neighborhood. We will be back to stay again!

Very thoughtfully furnished. Perfect for a family trip. We particularly appreciated the gear for small kids (toys, pool stuff, high chair, beach gear, pack n play, pool safety equipment). Even chalk and bubbles! Quiet, nice neighborhood. Close to the beach. Great pool and yard. The place was clean and as advertised. Owners were responsive and accessible. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again on our next visit.

Convenient and comfortable
A nice warm atmosphere to match the pool, we had a beautiful vacation filled with NASA, Disney, and the beach! Fun for all ages with a nice place to come back to. All was as advertised. Fun family vacation
We love to hang out with family on vacation. This house was perfect. We were traveling with an infant so we spent lots of time around and in the pool and house. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean. Lots of toys and games to keep us entertained. House is in a very walkable neighborhood. Met some very nice neighbors on our twice daily walks. It was a bonus for us that the house is just a few blocks away from the Patrick Air Force base as my son is a National Guard member and he was able to use the gym and we could shop at the commissary and the Exchange! A great spot for any veteran or active duty military to stay!

Lovely vacation home with relaxing pool
We enjoyed our stay here so much! We stayed for 5 nights and wish we would’ve stayed another 2 nights. Very clean and nicely updated, has everything we needed for a family beach vacation without the stress of having to pack all the extras. Beach towels and chairs, things like shampoo and conditioner, kitchen supplies and pantry staples, pool toys, etc. Our 3 kids spent lots of time swimming and enjoyed the clean and updated pool. The beaches nearby were beautiful and not crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Family getaway
The home was very true to the listing and very welcome after a nightmare travel day!! We were a party ranging in age from 6 to 66 and no one had any complaints. We really appreciated the beach gear from kids toys to chairs and a wagon to tote it all. We would highly recommend this property. Thanks to the hosts for their quick communication as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We travel A LOT for baseball and stay at a lot of VRBO homes and this was one of our best experiences we have had. Very clean home that was well stocked with anything you could need. Very kind and responsive host. This is a great location if you are looking for proximity to the AFB or the USSSA Space Coast Sports Complex. Such easy access to the beach as well as open access to the canal at the end of the street for fishing and sunset watching. I highly recommend staying here!

Family Getaway
Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood that appeared very safe. Several beaches avaliable off of A1A. The pool at the house was wonderful and the outdoor area was very comfortable. Plenty to do for kids of all ages, even during rainy days.The house was one of the best equipped of any we have stayed in and the owner was very responsive to any need we had. The only negative was the twin bed mattresses were in need of replacement. Thanks for a great week!

This was a Truly Awesome Stay!
This house is amazing. My family stayed in this house for a week and we needed nothing. The hosts did a wonderful job preparing the house and it had everything you'd want or need. The pool is completely enclosed in screen so there was no problem with bugs. They even had a child gate for the porch to keep the little ones away from the pool. The game closet is fully stocked and they even had a dart board on the porch. The house is just 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and 10 minutes to Publix. And Cocoa Beach is only 15 minutes away (Ron Johns Surf Shop) lol... Even walking in the neighborhood was nice. My family highly recommends staying here and we want to thank the hosts for a Wonderful Vacation.

Fabulous!!!!
This home was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our 5 teenagers. Perfectly located for our needs. Our teenage boys played baseball at the Space Coast Sports Complex and our teenage girls enjoyed the beach. The house is very clean and spacious. The private pool was amazing along with the pool table and dart board. If we are ever back in the area we would rent this home again 100%. Thank you guys for sharing your home with our family!

Low Key Beach Vacation
We had a little confusion about how to get in to the property but that was resolved within an hour. Other than that, it was a blissful beach trip. I loved having the pool there for the kids when the adults were too tired from being out all day. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids and there was never a line for a bathroom and plenty of space for all. I very much appreciated the beach toys, life vests, bikes, and - though we never used them - the canoe and kayak too.

This Home Delivers As Promised!
The owners of this beautiful, spacious, well-stocked home are gracious, helpful, and extremely responsive. We had a wonderful time as a married couple with our baby boy. Plenty of fun things to do and location is an easy walk to the beach, to a park, to breakfast, all good. We had a rental car as well which helped with excursions to places like the Brevard Zoo, the Kennedy Space Center, and Cocoa Beach. The house is generously stocked with kitchen essentials, beach goodies, lawn games, pool toys, Nintendo games, board games, Billiards, a tuned piano, and an impressive books on the shelves.

Nice Stay for Our Young Family
We enjoyed our stay, very clean and well kept. So many items included that made the week more fun. Our nine and seven year old boys played CLUE for the first time, and Twister. Ha! The outside sitting area and entire screened in porch and pool area are so great, even if the rain comes you can still sit outside...bug free! The pre-arrival package the owners sent was very detailed and helpful knowing where to find things locally. The day trip to Kennedy Space Center is very much encouraged and only thirty minutes away. Perfect place for a family of 8.
Three generations came for a graduation trip so grandsons could go to Tank America, get some beach time and play sone golf. The house was perfect, clean in quiet safe neighborhood. It was close to beaches and a nice short drive to Cocoa beach to eat and play. Grocery stores nearby but didn’t have to buy condiments because that is all provided. The open kitchen, dining, living and pool table area provided for great family time. There were many pool tournaments and yes it’s a very nice pool table and lots of laughter and poker at night. No money exchanged - just bragging rights. There are plenty of games, 4 bedrooms, nice beds with lots of privacy. There is corn hole and darts but we never got to it because the pool was so perfect. Someone was always in it and there’s plenty of pool toys - you don’t have to bring your own. Also shampoo was provided as well as plenty of beach towels, chairs and ice chest which you need if you are flying in like we did. There are kayaks and canoes we thought we’d use but didn’t - are there if you sign a waiver. We never found the time. IF you stay in this place, you won’t regret it and please keep it nice for the next ones. Fishing at the end of the street in the canal. We caught 4 stingrays, 1 shark, some reds, sea trout and a lot of catfish. Catch and release - not interested in cooking but fun recreation. Loved it all! Stay here - you won’t be disappointed!

2019 Annual Birthday Trip
The owners are very responsive and the house is wonderful with great spaces for people to share and play. It is stocked with everything you could absolutely need during your stay and the owners pay close attention to all the details. So far, best home we have rented in regards to amenities and details. The beaches are nearby driving distance as well as gas station and grocery store. I would stay away from Hightower beach as it seems that with errosion there are rock shelves everywhere which make it a painful trip to the beach. Spend the extra 5 minutes to get to a different beach. Also, kayak put in is down the street (bring a pickup truck if you have one, otherwise be prepared for a couple long walks with the rolling cart) from the house. There is actually a seawall where if the tide is low there is no access realistically, so we did not get a chance to utilize any of the kayaks or canoe this time around. In the home, the beds are not mattresses. They are futon mattresses, so be prepared for firm sleeping arrangements. The owners were very nice and answered questions, provided details, prompt responses and although we brought our own games, the house was stocked with games and entertainment. They even have netflix, hulu and entertainment logged in for guests to use. The pool is wonderful and the bbq had plenty of gas pre-filled for our stay. Overall, great vacation.

We totally enjoyed are stay at this spacious house with my son and daughter in law and grandkids. The pool is gorgeous and couldn’t get the kids out rooms are very nice and well maintained kitchen has everything you could need. It is close to lots of fun things to do that made are time go very fast. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to rent

Great family vacation!!
We were at the Skylark house for two weeks. My husband and I got there first and our son and DIL and two grandkids joined a couple of days later. There was plenty of space - we especially liked the open dining / living area. Pool is great! We really enjoyed having the screened-in pool and patio area - being outside at night with the lights on was bug-free!! We are already thinking ahead for next year. I definitely recommend this property!

The title says it all. From before we arrived, the communication was excellent. The owners were quick to respond and flexible. The home was perfect for us! The heated pool was excellent, the dart board and pool table kept the non-beach time perfectly filled. There are multiple beaches 5 minutes away, and easy access to major roads to go elsewhere. Cocoa beach is roughly 15 minutes one way, downtown Melbourne is roughly 25 another. Easy drives as well. Can’t recommend a home any higher! AWESOME VACATION!

Blessed beyond measure!
We had a wonderful stay! The house and pool were perfect. God provided beautiful weather, we are so blessed. The owners went out of their way to answer all of our questions, and even sent a friend over to tell us more. Loved watching dolphins at the canal at the end of Skylark. Great fishing right from shore there too. Like all great owners they are constantly improving! So thankful for large heated pool and spacious living area and well equipped kitchen. Pool table was a bonus. Quality beach and pool toys too. We definitely would come back! Access to beach a great walk. Busy road but not a problem. Kids loved Cocoa beach and were in the ocean every day! Hoping we are bringing spring home to MN.

Just a little slice of heaven
We had such a lovely time during our week at the house. Take a family of six, add a lot of groceries and some sun filled days equals lots of memories and fun times together. The pool was a delight to enjoy each day and there were so many beaches to try out. The house had everything and more than we could of thought we needed or wanted. 6 out of 6 said they would go back again. We all can’t wait to go back and thaw out again at Satellite beach!

Had a great time at the house! Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Spent a lot of time in the screened in porch and pool area, would recommend this place to anyone. And the sunrise at seagull park was amazing!

We loved the fact that it was close to cocoa beach. The house was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Kids loved the pool and didn’t complain once other then they didn’t want to go home. Highly recommended.

Wonderful vacation in great home
We had a great time in the beach house at South Patrick Shores. The home is clean, modern, and set up very nice with a large open common area (kitchen, dining, living). We especially enjoyed the fact that there are things to do in the home if the weather is not good outside. We really enjoyed the heated pool and pool table. The location is nice, being close to several nice beaches, and not far from Orlando. The owners were very responsive to our questions and went out of their way to make our vacation special. Highly recommended!

Best place we've ever been in Florida.
It was close to the water (on two sides), pool was awesome, the grill was outstanding. We had a fabulous family dinner for thanksgiving. It's super close to grocery options, shopping options, kayaking, beach etc. We drove 3 times to Orlando because it was so close. Our kids went to the parks there, we did some shopping, went to the movies, got hair cuts - everything is close. The air conditioning worked fabulously. We cooked a bunch of meals here, did laundry rode bikes, played billiards, watched sports, played a ton of games, read books etc - all with things provided from the house. The questions were answered right away from the owners - it was a great time. The only almost possible negative was that when we cooked bacon the smoke alarm went off (that just means they have everything up to code :)). We could not give a higher review of any place we have been - and trust me - we have been all over the world using places. 10 Stars from us.

Wonderful stay
This house comes as advertised. It's immaculate throughout. The kitchen is well stocked, granite counters, stainless appliances - just a nice ambiance. The eating area is spacious and the whole family room is immense. It was only two of us but it could accommodate a whole family easily. Pool table looks great and the piano is definitely in tune. Bedrooms were spacious and there was a lot of room between them. We only used the master bedroom. Mattress was great and the shower in the master bedroom was really nice. Very spa-like. Outside, the entire pool and patio are enclosed with a lanai. The pool is nice and big, but the weather was a little too cool to use it. The house is convenient to several beaches - which we took full advantage of. Coming from up north, it's always nice to spend some time on the beach. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and in Melbourne as well. Melbourne, by the way, has a real nice downtown and a great Irish Pub called the Cottage. Authentic Irish music and one of the best BLTs I've ever had. All in all - very nice. Served out purpose well - which was to get a few of days of relaxation before heading over to Tampa to visit relatives for Thanksgiving.

Perfect stay
Wonderful house, great location, close to NASA/Kennedy Space Center and blocks from the beach. House was very comfortable for 6 adults. Well stocked and had everything we needed. The screened in patio was a great gathering place with plenty of room for us and visitors. Basic cable would have been nice but we made due with the pool, pool table, darts, bikes and many other entertainment options. We had to make contact with the owners during our stay, they were attentive and did everything possible to correct this issue. Overall a fantastic visit. Thank you for making this a much better experience than any hotel could! This was our first experience with "home away" and will absolutely do it again.
