Sauve is within easy reach of many of Gard’s attractions. Two of the most interesting places to explore are the fabulous La Bambouseraie de Prafrance and the remarkable Grotte des Demoiselles. Also, well worth the effort are the Musee du Desert and the Musee des Vallees Cevenoles.

You’ll find some unique museums, exhibits and venues in and around Sauve. Explore, learn and be amazed in the variety of museums such as Musee Cevenol in Le Vigan and Mine Temoin in Ales.

If you are spending a while in and around Sauve, treat yourself with a visit to Ales Cathedral in Ales. For a relaxing change of pace, pay a visit to the area’s most important religious sites, such as Saint-Martin-de-Londres Church in Saint-Martin-de-Londres.

Hit a few balls at the Vacquerolles Golf Club in Nimes, amongst the most popular greens in the area.

Spend a few hours with fellow sports fans at Costieres Stadium, Nimes, cheering on local legends, the Nîmes Olympique. On game days the stadium is filled with red and white, as soccer fans gather to get behind their beloved team.

To make the most of Sauve, think about making a reservation close by in one of the area’s hotel or serviced apartment options. If you're looking for great service and a comfortable bed, it’s hard to go past the Premiere Classe Ales, the Résidence Hotel Le Milos, Castries, and the Résidence MMV Le Mas des Cigales, Castries.
