The property was beautiful and great location for restaurants and shopping. The staff was so kind also. A few hiccups were that only 1 elevator was working and the ice machines were awful, but everything else was perfect 👌

The hotel is interesting and beautiful and the Marriott staff are just the best. From the dinosaur sculpture to the many dining experiences along the river my wife and I enjoyed one of the best vacation experiences thanks to the Marriott staff and this wonderful hotel in Savannah.

This was a very unique property. I loved how they mixed industrial with new for the decor. Fantastic service from all areas. Could not have been more pampered. The food was excellent and the shopping was phenomenal. Highly highly recommend.

The rooms were nice. The river view was exceptional. We appreciated the dining credit that we were given for "on-property" restaurants. The biggest issue was that the room was not ready when we arrived. All info said that check-in was after 3:00. we arrived at about 3:15 and had to sit in the lobby for over an hour until our room was ready.

This is the most beautiful and unique hotel the lobby area is more like a museum. The staff at the front desk amazing and friendly. My husband and were there celebrating our 42 year wedding anniversary and his birthday and we had the most wonderful time. They put us in the Three Muses building and we had complete view of the river with a balcony what a treat. We will definitely stay here again and have recommended to our family and friends

Gorgeous hotel but lacking in areas. We had a very nice room with a view of the river and River Street. However, it smelled of dog pee and my bag retained this smell after sitting on the floor. We were in Savannah for my wedding. I personally spoke with the front desk several times in regards to hair, flowers and cake needing access to my floor. I was told it was not an issue, they took my name and the names of the individuals needing access. None of this was passed on and I had been assured it would not be an issue. It was an issue and caused several delays for the day. Also, my friend was staying at the hotel as well. Her bathroom flooded due to no shower curtain. It took over 5 hours to for someone to attend to the issue. This was after calling the from desk 3 times.
