The indoor pool and hot Jacuzzi are nice. However, the hotel does not include breakfast, but they will charge you for it, around $15 and up. Therefore, no lunch or dinner is available. The ice machine was not working, so you have to walk around the property to find another one. I stayed there for 6 days, and my room was not made until the 5th day. I had to take the trash out of my room since my bins were full. Hotel does not have an elevator and there are plenty of rooms in the second floor.

I like that it was in a very quiet, peaceful area with lots of nature. I didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast especially since there aren't very many nearby food options.

The property was great for the value. Really nice quiet area, hotel rooms was spacious and clean. Would recommend. Stayed with my younger son and I felt safe.

Overall, it was a clean property. However, we had very noisy neighbors that work us up over the 2 night period. Either the walls were super thin or just really rude loud neighbors. It was frustrating. We tried to turn in the room fan to help soften the noise - but the fan only worked when it was raising or lowering the temperature so it would turn off and then we would be stuck listening to the noisy neighbors.

The property area is beautiful, with lots of tall trees and a nature area behind it. It is an older building but we found the rooms to be very clean and the bed was comfortable. A couple things would have made this the perfect place - not charging for the continental breakfast or $10 for parking. These are both things that could be incorporate in to the room price and would make them seem more like perks.

Got in at midnight and they were able to get our room ready except the room they gave us didn’t have the sofa bed that we booked. Took about an hour for them to figure it out and find us a room with a sofa bed but took a little encouragement from my end to get further assistance.

Hot Tub closed due to health inspection and despite our calling ahead and discussing amenities no staff member mention this. Apparently it has been like this for months. Disgusted that they were dishonest about their hotel.

Thank you for your valued feedback. I'm sorry your stay did not meet expectations. Currently, our hot tub is open. It just opened up 2 days ago. Additionally, you had called the hotel for the first time just after booking, which was around 8pm the day of arrival, and spoke directly with me. You had mentioned you would be arriving around 9:30pm for your 1 night stay and I made a note of it since your reservation had not yet integrated with our desk computers. You did not ask anything else of me besides to make a note of your arrival time. If you had indicated on the phone that you sole purpose of booking our hotel was the hot tub, I would have brought our hot tub closure to your attention and offered cancellation.

My hotel room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like about the hotel is the poor lighting around the parking lot. The entire parking lot is pitch dark, making parking there very unsafe.

Hi Thomas,I explained how hotel collect reservations are handled and checked in, even after your wife came into the lobby dropping the F-word towards me I allowed you and your family to stay at our hotel and not call the police to have you trespassed after we agreed that if there were any more outbursts that I would have you removed from the property. I even offered to cancel the reservation with no fees which was declined. Thank you for your understanding, I hope you have a wonderful day.

The lobby area is like a lodge or resort with wonderful seating areas, tv and loungers. It also has a great outdoor seating area with heaters and a fire pit, as well as a large courtyard and surrounded by trees, well off the main roads.

Great place, great price and great staff. The whole process was enjoyable. The beds are always the worst anywhere you go. The beds here aren't too bad, I've certainly had worse. Unfortunately I had a late cup of coffee so I tossed and turned all night but otherwise I will stay here again. Also, I really liked the area surrounding the property. It's 1 of 3 on the same campus so the adjacent buildings are also hotels. Wooded parking lot dividers keep the noise to almost 0. Lots of private areas to sneak out for a before bed smoke far away from other guests and the area smelled like you were in the forest. I really like it, the landscaping is the last thing on our mind when travelling but it stuck out to me and thought I'd share. Customer service was prompt, professional and courteous. Check-In and check-out was painless and took about 4 minutes. Front desk was attentive and made sure my needs were met beyond the basics without provocation. Really is kind of a hidden gem in todays world. Thanks for a great experience!

Mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. Room 186 (so gross) Hot tub closed due to health inspector issues. Not notified on the website, or upon check in of the hot tub being out of commission. That was a let down as we planned on multiple nights. Also says parking included online, when you get here, it's actually $10 a day. Pool is pretty small, I wouldn't recommend to keep kids entertained.

Very nice setting, feels like a residential location, tree canopy in and all around facility/grounds. Highly recommended in that regard. Quiet and tranquil. Disappointed with no “free” breakfast buffet style offering, but the room pricing reflects that omission. There is an IHop just down the street though! “Big Picture Team” are you reading this? : ALEXA is a corporate treasure! Excellent customer service and welcoming persona. Brooks was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. He would be the main positive. He even tried to fix the TV in room 169 in a timely manner when it didn’t work. He compensated by taking off the parking charge since the one standard amenity was unavailable. No hooks in bathroom. Only one small garbage can in entire unit. If I rebook, it would be because of the positive customer service from Brooks.
