Unfriendly staffPosted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: Location but hard to get into due to construction.
Cons: Customer service.
Location: Location ok for our purposes.
The hotel itself is fine. Breakfast is fine. Room is fine. This is the third time we've stayed there and each time I am struck by how unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate the front desk staff is. It's in a convenient location but don't think I'm staying there again because of the lack of customer service.

Clean, quiet, practical, at a decent rate.Posted Jan 13, 2015
Comfortable room, just fine for spending the night after a day's work. Standard continental breakfast, better quality and choices than most I've had in more expensive places.

Too many promises advertisedPosted Dec 30, 2014
Cons: Please have more seats for Breakfast and more proper combinations for breakfast. People sitting and standing around to get breakfast is not proper.
Stayed over a couple of nights. The customer service could have been more friendlier at first. The sink did not drain properly on the first night and left it until our departure. Apparently, the sink did not drain on the second night so we ended up brushing our teeth using the bathtub. The heater worked very nice and fast. The breakfast was the worst of the Days Inn( 2 other location visited). It seems no attention is taken into the customer, but on the costs cuts. Seen a customer try to use a computer only to find it OUT of Service the next day. Customers trying to get a morning breakfast only to find no seats available and "nothing" really to eat ,myself included. My Wife was disappointed she did not have breakfast. My wife had MacDonalds.

Ended up with a non smoking handicapped roomPosted Dec 28, 2014
Cons: Staff interest in pleasing the customers.
We did not ask for a non smoking handicapped room but staff said that was requested through Expedia. Staff was not interested in assisting us with a room change and told us that they could not change Expedia's original request.

Pros: Short distance from my target location.
Cons: Tell the conversationists to get the hell out of the chairs and tables after they ate breakfast so others have a chance to sit down and eat.Time limit
Location: Lots of construction on 99, difficult to locate the entrance in traffic at night. Missed 1st pass had to turn around and come back to it.
3 tables in the breakfast dinette area and then 2 of those were monoplized by inconsiderate people who remained there and conversed while people were trying to get around their electric chairs to get into the food line. Totally disgusting!!!!

Get what you expect for pricePosted Dec 20, 2014
Cons: Better bath towels. 2 per person per day would be nice. only one available wall outlet in room.
Location: Close to Edmonds for nice town and shopping. Not far from parks and north Seattle.
Stayed a week. After flying from east to west coast and pretty tired, we were told upon arriving that we couldn't check in "because the computer was down." Stuff happens, but the woman at the desk gave no apology or estimate of time, or direction for what to do. She simply turned and walked away. The bathroom was handicap compliant which meant there was no shelving or cabinet to store or hold bath items. The complimentary box of tissues rested on a grab handle. Only two thin, coarse, bath towels per day. One day one had a hole in it as well as the face cloth. Some days we we got paper coffee cups for the in-room coffee pot, and some days we did not. The good news was the AC/Heater worked well and quiet enough. The room was free of street noise. One morning we woke to the sound of someone walking overhead. Location is on a very busy street and not one you would want to walk from. There are nearby dining and shopping options.

My stay was unpleasantPosted Dec 11, 2014
Pros: The staff were very nice.
Cons: Please clean the walls and upgrade the facilities inside the rooms.
The building is very old and it looks like it hasn't been renew for quite some time. Inside, the corridor carpet smells bad and it looks dirty. The rooms are small and the facilities such as the refrigerator, restroom, TV, and others were old and low quality. I also saw a lot of stains on the walls of my room. For the price I wouldn't stay there again. There are much better hotels around the area.

pleasant and helpful staffPosted Nov 30, 2014
Pros: For me, the location was good. The staff was great. The rooms were good. I will stay there again.
Cons: Noisy neighbors...
