My stay at Hotel Andra Seattle MGallery Hotel Collection was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and sophistication. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. I especially enjoyed dining at Lola, where I indulged in delicious Pacific Northwest cuisine with a Mediterranean twist. The location couldn't have been better, allowing me to explore Pike Place Market and other attractions with ease. Overall, my experience at Hotel Andra was unforgettable, and I can't wait to return!

When we arrived at 4:15 we were unable to go to our room it was not clean. They checked our luggage which was nice and told us they would call when the room was ready, probably in 1 hour. We were on a bit of a schedule for dinner and the concert, but understood and thought we could make everything work. After an hour we received no call so we ended up canceling or dinner reservation. We waited another 45 minutes still no call so we went back to the desk and they said they had tried to call and we didn’t respond and the room had been ready. Verified the phone number given was correct and we did not receive a call. Got to our room. And there was a note explaining that a bag had broken and the items spilled on a jacket and they wanted to clean it, but we could not locate anything that had spilled in the bag or on the jacket. The next day we had someone enter our room while we were napping who we did not call for. There was no extra security for the door so that left us feeling very uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Other than those unfortunate incidents it was a great place for the weekend.

Hotel nice and clean. Bed is comfortable but low to the ground. Shower/tub is narrow but has plenty of hot water.

Wonderfully comfortable and spacious room in a great central location near Pike Place Market. Having a bakery/restaurant directly across the street was a plus. Friendly, warm staff and good amenities. Recommended!

Room was spacious and comfy, staff was nice and friendly. Food options nearby. Gym is almost nothing though. Try to find other options. I asked the hotel but they didn’t offer help. All in all a fine stay though.

Room was clean and stylish. Some other reviews mentioned noise but we didn’t have any issues with noise but we were on the 6th floor so maybe that helped. The lobby is beautiful and cozy to sit near the fireplace. The front desk team was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and always friendly. The hotel is extremely walkable being evenly distanced from the pike market and also the space needle.

The staff is very nice. Our suite was spacious, clean and done well. One elevator was down the entire 4 day stay, so waiting for just 1 elevator was slow and frustrating. Valet is very slow, usually you need to call 15-20 minutes ahead of time. One night it was very slow and almost made us miss our dinner reservations.

Great location and property. Staff is very friendly! Only downside is bathroom size and limited drawers. The room decor is very nice and the room is very spacious.

Very nice staff, always saying good morning and have a good day! Room was very big and accommodating. Staff always opening door for you. Made me feel special and welcome. Downsides are that everything had a price, nothing was free, including water. Microwaves weren’t available in room. No laundry services, unless of course, you paid for them to do laundry for you. Overall, very nice.

Good central location. Easy walk to Pike Place Market, Climate Pledge Arena and the waterfront. Short ride to the stadiums. Great food options nearby.

I liked everything about this property. It was very convenient to all the areas we wanted to visit. The staff was very helpful and the property was beautiful. The only inconvenience was that our room did not have a dresser. The was a closet and two areas for suitcases, but no dresser. We like to put clothes away when we travel, but we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases.

Great boutique hotel. Loved everything except the toilet is soooooo loud when flushed! Like frightening! Others, hands down the best smaller hotel for the money in a really good location! Will be back
