I put down $100 Cash deposit for a three day stay I tried to check out at 6 am and was told I could not get my deposit back until 830 AM when house keeping came in. I had to be at work at 830 AM. I had my room cleaned the night before. I was left with one towel and no pillow covers. I was told that they would drop off my linens after they were cleaned. I had to leave with out my deposit. I tried calling until 1pm and never received a response. I contacted Expedia they could not get hold of the property. I was informed that Expedia would handle the situation and I would receive $25 One Key rewards. I was asked to give Expedia 4days. I agreed and asked for my deposit back on my credit card. I'm happy for Expedia. I gave an overall poor review. The girl in the morning was rude. The rest of the staff was very polite. Laundry facility never opened I had to go off site to do laundry.

Noisy dirty and absolutely horrible place, i Wouldn’t recommend this so called hotel to my worst enemies, they changed my key while I was away and then when I came back there was no desk agent available, I waited until 1:00 in the morning and then left to sleep another hotel without my bag and my clothes, they didn’t refund my money and no body helped me

No clerk. I could not check in. I didn’t stay the night. I was 7th guest to arrive no staff, no clerk for 3 hours. Management unresponsive. Cleaning lady no speak English. After 30min of no staff, no service I left. I expect a full refund. I went to another hotel.

I left my room to run some errands, by the time I came back at 6pm there was no one at the desk I waited and waited still no one at the desk to help get in my room, it’s 11:00 pm still no one at the desk on Sunday March 17 2024, I tried to go another hotel, but my bag and my clothes we locked in my room, and what’s worse I have to travel and my document is in my bag which locked in my room, it’s 2:00 am in the morning still no one at the desk, how’s that acceptable? Absolutely disgusting, homeless people are running around the lobby, I felt unsafe throughout the night, I spent the whole night at lobby because I didn’t have my documents to go and check in another hotel, absolutely disgusting, how the hell this Ramada Kent Seattle area is in operation is beyond me,

Disappointed
Not well maintained and everything in the room was in a poor condition. The cleaning person removed all the towels and did not replace them. There was no way to contact the lobby as the phone was not working. When personally contacted, there was a scanty reply that nothing can be done except wait for the next day for the cleaning maid to come. Such irresponsible was their customer service. I was mistaken for the Ramada group name but long gone are their reputations. Overall had a disappointing experience and will never recommend this place.

Does property will steal your money. They charge my card for $100 and returned it as I left and then charged it again and did not return it. Also the window does not lock so anybody can break in. Half the lights don't work and the TV only works when you unplug the coffee maker. They advertise a continental breakfast but it does not exist. You just get to expired granola bars, an expired fruit cup, and a Sunny d.

Gross hotel
They expected a $200 deposit upon check-in. That was after the housekeeper and a guest were in a fist fight in the lobby.The room was dirty, walls were dirty, shower curtain was hung by 2 hooks the rest were missing. Towels were dingy and dirty looking. The door frame was screwed together. The floor was dirty i never took my shoes off. I listened to drug deals out side my door all night. I expected something decent after paying a $200 deposit. I would really like my money back.

Photos are not of the hotel, Totally doctored to make you think it’s a nice hotel. Building was old AF. Rooms were old and smokey. Carpet was gross. Walls in need of a paint job. Homeless dude camped out by the dumpsters. Did not feel safe in the area. Trash hotel for being a Wyndham. Spend the extra cash and stay somewhere else.

All the staff was helpful and courteous . I spent 3 nights in a 1st floor (ADA) room, super clean, no odors and daily room service available if needed. It was a great stay.

I don't recommend this hotel
I arrived to the hotel apparently nice by outside. The first issue the back door no close properly, so I feel in danger situation because stayed open all night. When I woke up I turned on the lamp and I saw a roaches.
