Location was perfect, facilities were clean and up-to-date. The only downside was I was approved for late check out but my key card was deactivated prior to the time the staff told me I could leave.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us! The keys often deactivate at 10:30am as that is when they were originally programmed, if you had late check out scheduled before checking in then it would be a glitch in the system unfortunately. We do look forward to your next stay!

The check in staff and communications were awesome! The property was absolutely beautiful and the grounds extremely well kept! Enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub. The room we stayed in could use some updating/repairs, but was clean and stocked nonetheless.

I do apologize that your stay was not up to your standards. We are going to go through a renovation end of this year beginning of next to upgrade and update the rooms. As for the food and beverage that is a third party and we do not have a way to control their hours, we do of course always have our small grab and go shop 24/7 with drinks, snacks, and treats! Hopefully we are able to have your next trip to Sedona be after the renovation so you can see the new and improved Los Abrigados!

It was a fun weekend getaway from Vegas. People say the rooms are outdated, but i believe they are perfect for the location and style of the town. Will definitely be coming back soon

A lovely setting in gorgeous Sedona. Nearby shopping, restaurants - easily walkable. I rented a 2 bedroom and it was clean and comfortable. Only improvement would be the pillows - They were too thick and therefore uncomfortable. If you are picky, bring your own.

Great property and very welcoming front desk staff. The problem are the sales people who badger you the moment you check in to sell you timeshares and try to swindle you. Didn’t know Hilton does this stuff… feels like you’re in a third world country.

Room had no working TV, absolutely no Wifi. Room had no heat, had to sleep in layers of clothes. Curtain was ripped. Tub had hair in it, wasn’t clean. I could take a shower because tub not cleaned and way to cold in the room. At 6am I had to go sit in the car to heat up my body!
