Evidencia Belverde was the perfect vibe outside the city and near beautiful beaches and vineyards. We loved the hospitality and attitude of the hotel.

Staff were really good allowing me to train, using the gym at night. Gym small, but machines and dumbbells need to be upgraded really soon, it makes the hotel look less when all is so good. But they must have a gym! Beds a bit too high for my elderly mother to get on. There should be a parking space for disable people at the front of the hotel. All other spaces were full. Breakfast really good. All in all, I will be coming back again. Thank you all.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, big bedroom. I had a salad in the bar that I did not like it. Restaurant was closed..Hotel is 30 min driving from City center. It is an good option with you are traveling and need a quick stop.

Good but not 4-star great
Nice, but a 4-star? Not sure it’s up to the grade! Buffet breakfast- awesome. Pool good but crowded- not enough loungers for the number of guests. Rooms nice but dark. No coffee or tea in the rooms, ok but not great.

Staff at the reception avoids making eye contact with guest as though to avoid having to work more than they have to. The shower handle broke right off while showering. There was no way to turn it from scorching hot to luke warm until they can to fix it. The cost of food and drinks at the bar were ridiculously expensive. There is no one at the front to help with your luggage, and even if the people working the reception desk see you struggling with your luggage they simply watch you struggle with it. This place is nice but the staff working the front desk should all be fired for being the laziest people I have ever seen working the reception desk. Also, the additional 5 euros per person per day to use the pool is ridiculous.

Would return - great
Lovely and attentive staff. Comfy and spacious room (looking out onto the pool side). Great breakfast buffet. Had room service when we arrived which was great and first breakfast in room. Massage at the spa was incredible. Right next to Lidl for snacks. Good location for Ubering into the city or the beach. Pool in March was freezing though (but there is the spa pool anyway).

Very good but could be great
Very nice modern hotel with good facilities, needs to improve breakfast, positioning the pancakes and various croissants, pan le chocolate in a area where everything it’s get cold easily is not good. Boil egg over done, was green inside, chef should know better.

Beautiful property and very clean! Nice buffet breakfast. Beautiful outside pool and surroundings. Only thing I would change is sensor light in hallway to bathroom. Great friendly staff.

Excellent hotel. Superb breakfast. The dinner is in the middle but better than a lot of other choices. It's a bit dark in the room but not that bad. In the room is a bit loud from the cars. Choose rooms looking to the pool :)

Great Hotel and Facilities
This hotel was great. It was a shame I was only here for one night. Nice little balcony with the room, indoor and outdoor pool, spacious room and breakfast buffet included. My first time in Setúbal and if I visit again I will consider staying here.

Tudo excelente com apenas e só um incidente que acabou por afetar grande parte da estadia. Na chegada ao hotel aquando do check-in sendo que tinha-mos uma reserva de 4 quartos, e como o check-in iria levar o seu tempo, foi pedido que um dos casais efetuasse o check-in primeiro e tivesse acesso imediato ao quarto pois uma das pessoas estava maldisposta e necessitava de se dirigir ao quarto para utilizar o WC e poder descansar. O que foi negado e que apenas fazendo o pagamento poderiam aceder ao quarto. Uma vez que o pagamento iria ser efetuado no final do check-in dos 4 quartos gerou-se bastante desconforto para ambas as partes. Este episódio acabou por afetar a nossa estadia de uma forma negativa. Fora este episódio nada mais a salientar. Pequeno almoço excelente. Jantar de qualidade, quartos confortaveis.

The pictures of the hotel are misleading. Are taken from an angle which make the hotel look bigger than what it is. Breakfast selection is poor.. lack of options and if you book a slot in the last hour .. then some options are unavailable, which isn’t great as there isn’t as many options as it is . Indoor pool is paid, separately.

Our facilities are much complimented by our guest's as they are spacious and well decorated, therefore unfortunately we can't agree that the photos are misleading. Our breakfast has available mostly every item served on a 4* hotel breakfast buffet. We also have a menu with additional options. We sorry that there weren't options available in the last slot, definately a punctual situation since we keep replacing items until the closing hour (10h30am). Regarding the indoor pool/jacuzzi, it's part of our water circuit which is located at our SPA. Please note that there are rates available with spa access included. Our outdoor swimming pool it's free of charge. We hope to have your preference again in a future opurtunity, with the promise that you'll change your less positive opinion. Best regards,

Great restaurant!
Fantastic hotel staff are super friendly - dinner is fantastic to put it mildly. Breakfast was ok. Spa was a bit sparse to be polite. Would have been good if the pool/hydro whatever was warm. Steam room wasn’t working. Quite a dark theme going on - room was especially dark which was annoying. But I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was gorgeous and very modern. However, its far from Lisbon and really not near anything to do. But if you're looking for a beautiful reasonably priced 4 star hotel, this is it.

Great staff, massive rooms and unusual choice of angelic mannequins decorating the public areas all really appealed to me. A short drive to the sea and excellent beaches. Plenty of beachfront restaurants.

I was accompanying a disabled gentleman as his carer, and he had a fabulous experience. The room was large and as equally sumptuous as a regular room. The staff were exemplary. Faultless. The spa facility was excellent, and my friend enjoyed a massage. Difficult to see where improvements could have been made. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, so clean and beautiful areas to relax. Only thing is the lighting in the room was not good, no socket near the main mirror and lighting there was dark. No kettle in the roon, so had to keep going downstairs for hot water to make milk for my daughter.
