"The location suited us really well. Close to the relatives we were visiting, to restaurants on Henderson Highway, and <15 minutes from the Forks and the Manitoba Museum. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Only drawbacks were brief moments of noise from the front entrance when people from the other suite went in or out, and not able to control the thermostat."

"My recent and only booking with Vrbo will be my last. The accommodations I booked through Vrbo was very poor and misleading. The Nest Host Team Could not meet the 4pm check in time so we were delayed until 5:30. Two beds broken, most closet doors broken, recycling bins and garbage bins over flowing breaking their own rule about them. One of us became stuck in the bathroom because the handle stopped working. Burnt out lights, bugs down stairs, trash in the yard, smells in the basement bedroom....

"The location is a terrible neighborhood with abandoned houses, lots of drama in the streets, really dirty and some open drug use. The house is in poor condition with multiple rooms for rent so lots of coming and going. The only redeeming factor was the host who was a delightful and obviously hardworking person with a wonderful demeanor. Unforntunately though the place is a dump and the location is horrible. No way I would stay again."
