"Lovely large property in a great location, 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Steep uphill climb on the way back though with unmade paths. Pool and garden delightful, but with only 4 Sun loungers. Kitchen ok, but lacking some crockery and with many chipped mugs. Bathrooms very disappointing-desperately need updating- 1 shower dilapidated and unusable, other 2 showers dated and not very hygienic. Narrow winding metal staircase to master bedroom in the loft would be unsuitable for many....

"The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. José kept us informed before and during our stay and we were met at the property on our arrival. The property was spacious, well equipped and modern. Pool was too cold for us but that can't be helped as it was only April. The local area was so interesting with the near by beaches and lago albufeira were beautiful and hardly anyone there. Great day trips to Arrabida and Lisbon and we loved both Sessimbra and Setubal. House was clean and tidy, they accommodated an early check in for part of the group. The house is further from the seaside, about 10 min driving and parking is limited by the sea. House includes everything you need for a short stay, and the pool is good size and so refreshing on hot days. I would recommend for groups with a car, option of bus...

"The pictures don't do the house justice, it's spacious family friendly and 10 min from the beach. You can easily stay in the house all vacation long and have a great time. The host is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend immensely and would use them a again when going to lisbon"

"The house is very nice and clean. However the last three days we had no hot water. The last day and night we had no electricity. The host came over and could not help. She just kept saying it was not her fault. I agree I do not think it was her fault, but I really do not care who is at fault. It was not due to a power outage. Every other house in the neighborhood had power. Also the first night there where no Linens, sheets or pillow cases on one of the beds. And there was no book of complaints....
