Great place
We stayed for ten days at this beautiful property. Fabulous views, lemon trees and wonderful hosts. Highly recommended. Great patio for sitting at the end of the day to relax.

Perfect Home Away from Home
So glad we found this gem in Sestri Levante. Carlo and Nina were superb hosts and we couldn’t thank them enough for their hospitality and thoughtfulness, including a dog cushion and bowl for our big furry one. Grazie miele Carlo e Nina! We will definitely be back.

Amazing apartment perched high above the sea!
Carlo, Nina and Sophie were amazing hosts! The apartment is fantastic, and the veranda is even more so. I LOVED my time at this home. I would absolutely recommend it if your travels take you to Sestri Levante or the surrounding area. I hope to return at some point and would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful property with an ideal location to explore
Just had the most wonderful week in this lovely house overlooking the sea - and as stated is nestled in the olive groves in a quiet location, just a few minutes away from the great town of Sestri Levante. Carlos and his family were ideal hosts - on hand if we needed anything but kept their distance and gave us privacy. The house is beautiful and well equipped with all we needed for our stay. overall a wonderful place which we will definitely consider coming back to in the future. Thank you to Carlos and family xx

Op en top vakantieadres
Het huis van Carlo en Nina was echt van alle gemakken voorzien, alles wat nodig is was voorradig ( van olie,azijn koffie etc) en brandschoon ! Er was gezorgd voor een lekker flesje wijn bij aankomst en eten om de eerste dag niet naar de supermarkt te moeten. Het grote terras met zitjes, ligbedden, eettafel , bbq was prachtig en het uitzicht geweldig! Ook voor ons hondje stond van alles klaar, waterbak en een lekker ligkussen! Nina en Carlo zijn twee hele lieve mensen die boven het appartement wonen maar je hebt toch alle privacy! Wij komen zeker terug Heleen en Eric

Bellissima casa in posizione panoramica.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Toller Blick auf Sestri Levante, die Umgebung und das Meer. Die Terasse ist groß und mit Liegestühlen, einer Sitzecke sowie einem überdachten Esstisch ausgestattet. Carlo und Nina waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.

Magnifica estancia en casa de Carlo y Nina
La casa es fantástica, muy equipada con todo lo necesario, muy cómoda y muy funcional. La terraza tiene unas vistas inolvidables. Es muy amplia, enorme, con mucho mobiliario de jardín. Comodísima. Carlo y Nina son muy amables y dispuestos simpre a ayudar. La comunicación ha sido perfecta desd el primer momento y durante toda la estancia. Muy recomendable.

Un domicile très agréable.
Le logement est vaste et bien équipé: la terrasse, très grande, offre un coup d'oeil magnifique sur Sestri et la mer. Nous y avons pris nos repas du soir en toute quiétude. L'hôte est un homme très disponible et charmant. La communication était parfois laborieuse ( peu d'anglais et de français) mais l'humour compensait souvent la difficulté. Nous recommandons. P.S. Les maringouins s'invitent régulièrement au soleil couchant: même s'ils sont plus petits que leurs cousins québécois ( on les entend à peine ), ils sont tout aussi affamés: heureusement, notre hôte nous a fourni l'équipement nécessaire pour les chasser.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Sehr charmante, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung. Herausragender Ausblick auf Sestri Levante, die Hügel und das Meer von der riesigen Terrasse mit Liegestühlen Und überdachtem Esstisch. Vollständig ausgestattet: es gab sogar ein Verlängerunskabel, um auf der Terrasse arbeiten zu können (Workation). Wir habe beide gearbeitet und das WLAN hat 2 Videokonferenzen parallel verkraftet. Mobile Empfang auch jederzeit möglich für Hotspot. Carlo und seine Frau sind überaus freundlich und waren jederzeit für unsere Fragen ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Traumhaft
Die Unterkunft ist einmalig. Mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, Equipment war alles vorhanden, viel Platz für uns als Familie und die Terrasse ist natürlich das Highlight. Carlo und Nina sind sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit, mit translator auf dem Smartphone ist die Kommunikation auch kein Problem. Die Ein/Ausfahrt mit dem Auto bedarf etwas Übung, aber dann kein Problem mehr. Man muss halt immer ein Stück Bergstraße fahren, wenn man nach Sestri Levante rein möchte oder ans Meer, war aber für uns kein Thema da wir eh viel unternommen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Wer abends immer in der Stadt essen und flanieren möchte, für den ist es vielleicht nicht das Richtige, wer eher ein bisschen ausspannen möchte und gern seine Ruhe mit einem tollen Ausblick genießt, dem empfehlen wir das Appartement sehr.

wunderbare Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung war für 4 Personen sehr geräumig und hatte eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Die Vermieter Nina und Carlo sind sehr nett und zurückhaltend. Sie kümmern sich sofort, sollte es ein Problem geben. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so im Urlaub braucht. Es gibt auch 2 Bäder mit Dusche. Zum Strand fährt man etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir werden diese Ferienwohnung bestimmt wieder buchen.

Wunderbare Wohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sehr sauber. Da überall Mückennetze waren, konnten wir die ganze Zeit über die Türen geöffnet lassen um frische Luft zu haben. Den Meerblick haben wir ab dem Frühstück sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns einige Restaurants empfohlen, die wir alle auch ausprobiert haben und sehr gut gegessen haben.

Charming place with fantastic view
We loved our stay at this house a lot. The kids were impressed, and we all would have loved to stay longer. There is a lot of space, inside and outside the house. We got to use the gas barbecue in the terrace and enjoyed dinner with a fantastic view of Sestri Levante and the surrounding olive/lemon trees. The communication with Carlo was smooth and he gave us useful tips, despite language difference. The kitchen was well supplied even to the smallest details. There was also a bottle of wine to welcome us. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom for each bedroom is ideal. Even our little dog enjoyed the place. The house is less than 10mins drive from Sestri. The last 300meters or so is a small road and you need to maneuver carefully down to the parking space from the driveway, but this is not a problem for us. Sestri itself is charming and is an easy gateway to Cinque Terre and Portofino by train. Definitely recommended!

Wundervolle Lage mit lieben Gastgebern
Die Lage des Anwesen ist wunderschön. Die sehr gut aufgeteilte Wohnung (2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad) ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Traum ist die Terrasse und ein wunderschöner Garten. Uitzonderlijk
Zelden zo’n mooie vakantiewoning gezien. Schitterend uitzicht, prachtig en ruim terras en heel mooi ingerichte woonruimte. Heerlijk om te verblijven te midden van de olijfbomen. Grandiose Aussicht
Das Objekt entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ein-und Ausfahrt zum PKW-Stellplatz ist eng um die Kurve, aber man wird gut eingewiesen. Die Terrasse ist schön und großzügig gestaltet und einzigartig mit dem Ausblick auf Levante und das Meer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
