The night shift people were great but the morning lady was not professional at all, had attitude and then just ignored me and stopped talking to me. She was an absolute wench. She went out of her way to charge me a pet deposit when the night shift people when checking in welcomed me, saw my animals and were asking me about them and so friendly. The lady in the morning when I went to check out said I wasn’t allowed to have my cat there even though the night staff saw all my animals and said nothing, and charged my deposit, even after she saw I didn’t have any pet waiver signed. The staff at night didn’t have me sign anything and were fine. The next morning she said they didn’t even make me sign the waiver, I said well because no waiver was signed, they saw my pets and no one had an issue that I shouldn’t be charged for the property staff not doing their job but then blame it on me. I could’ve made accommodations for my cat for the night but no one cared but her. She went out of her way to be a complete wench, charged me, had attitude with me, and then stopped talking to me altogether. I cannot believe someone in this type of industry would treat a customer this way. This was such a great way to start off my very first day living in this town.

A half hearted greeting upon arrival, strictly business as if she had somewhere else to go. Worst breakfast room ever. Hot tub and pool both cold..."sorry bout that" Room just ok, one coffee. Wont stay again, wont recommend. Frequent traveler.

Nice, clean, and quiet hotel. We booked a room with a whirlpool tub and it was a nice size and nice bubbles, although the hot water had a hard time keeping up with the demand. Unfortunately the pool had just closed for maintenance a day or two before we checked in, which was a bummer but maintenance has to be done from time to time and I understand that. We took a peek at the pool room anyway out of curiosity and it looked like a nice facility. The only real downside to the stay was that we got there about 2 hours before check in and we were the only people there at the time, no other cars in the parking lot, and the gentleman at the reception desks verified that our room was indeed ready, but because of the way their computer system works, he couldn't waive the early check-in fee until about a quarter to 3, check in time. There was no actual, practical reason why he couldn't have just checked us in right then as a courtesy so it was a little irksome after our long drive. It's definitely something that needs to be changed with the Best Western software. I understand there being a fee if they need to prioritize our room for housekeeping but if the room is just sitting there, already done and ready and everyone working there is sitting around, twiddling their thumbs, waiting for the clock to strike 3, well the staff should be allowed to make the call to check people in and have happy customers.

Check in time is 3:00. yes we always want everyone to be happy. That's our goal. But check in time is at 3:00 for a reason. Please request an early check in upon making reservation. Thank you

$150.00 deposit for “incidentals”??? Call it what it is, a security deposit. There is no mini bar or room service so you can’t have “incidentals” And, it’s 30 miles from Holbrook.

Nice enough hotel. Staff was friendly. As a heads up - no shampoo is provided anymore. Pillows were o.k. Breakfast was good. Rooms cleaned well. It fit the bill for our two night there.

the room and the shared areas are all very clean and look modern in terms of decor and condition; the heated indoor pool and hot tub were both excellent; breakfast included a wide selection and everything I had was enjoyable

Overall, it is good in a small town. Here are the two things we didn’t like: 1. We noticed some bugs on the room floor coming out of carpet. 2. Breakfast closes at 9 am which we think is too early. It should be open at least till 10 am.

Clean property which was recently remodeled. Staff is really welcoming. Large pool was unfortunately super cloudy - looking sketchy. Never would swim in it. Looking forward to free breakfast tomorrow.
