They call that a suite?Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: The location is good, as there is only one other hotel in town, and they badly need more.
Cons: The hotel needs to be cleaned better, update the TV, and learn some service skills by the staff.
I reserved a "suite" that was $20 more than the regular room on line. When I got there and checked in, there was no hint in the room as to what made it to be considered a suite. No couch, or extra chair... nothing. I went down and asked and was told that the little refrigerator and microwave stacked on each other in the corner made it a suite, otherwise it was the exact same as a regular room. While standing there, there was a walk in who was offered the same room for $40 cheaper with no prior reservation. The front desk came up with a lackluster apology that we paid more for nothing, and joked that that is what they call a suite. There was no attempt to upgrade us to a better room, refund us, or anything. She thought it was somewhat funny. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and was filthy. I asked for extra towels to walk on, since it was disgusting. I have not seen a TV that old in 20 years. At check out, they refused to give me a receipt. The place hasn't been updated since it opened. No upkeep. Poor service. The pool was not clean. They simply get away with this since there is no competition in town. Really too bad.

Room was dirtyPosted Jun 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
Had to have manager come and change sheets because they had not been changed and both beds had dirty sheets. Towels had stains and tables had sticky stuff on it.

Okay HotelPosted May 27, 2014
The hotel was nice. Only issue was that the hotel is order. You could hear people stomping upstairs around midnight. And you could hear people walking by in the hallway inside your room. Also bathroom floor was dirty.... Otherwise comfortable and I would probably stay again, but request an upstairs room at very end of hallway.

A nice place.Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Easy to find - right off Main Street.
Cons: Decor is dated, but that doesn't detract from the stay.
Arrived at about 1am and the on-duty employee was cordial and attentive. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast is complimentary, but it only includes cereal, sausages and waffles. Turn on the room fan when you arrive - it helps to circulate the air, else the room can get stuffy/warm.

Perfect for our overnight stayPosted Apr 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was sufficient for our needs. The bathroom did need to be deep cleaned as it was a little dirty. The breakfast could have been better with more options. Because the juice machine was broken the only breakfast juice available was Tang and I am not a fan of Tang at all.

Needs updates and better front desk staff.Posted Mar 31, 2014
The breakfast is great. The rooms arw not stocked, towels have holes in them, had to ask for shampoo and conditioner. Didn't even have garbage bags. Room was not cleaned well, found previous guests items under the bed. Showers need serious scrubbing, carpets were buckling everywhere. The breakfast was great and the lady who ran that was great. The front desk staff was too busty taking smoking breaks to be helpful or even friendly.
