I’ve stayed at this location a few times,The staff is always nice. The carpet could be cleaned, my bed and restroom is always clean. but over all it was ok. This location is having plumming repairs which wouldn’t have been a problem, but they did not notify the guest that the water would be shut off for a few hours before we arrived. My room flooded due to the rain, I had a no fault of the hotel Managment or staff, however the manager did take care of me. I would stay in the future when the plumming issues are fixed

To begin with, the mini fridge had a box with food in it from previous guest, a pair of earrings on the bathroom floor plus hairs as well, the bathroom bin had some tissues in it so I don’t think they are paying attention to cleanness.

It took the front desk staff (singlular person) almost 30 minutes to greet us in the front. There was a gentleman smoking weed by the front door and people cursing and yelling the entire night. We only stayed for a couple hours and then left.

Run down and in need of rehab. Door to room sticks, have to push it hard to get in. Sofa was broke down, could not use it. Bath tub had hair in it, no shower curtain, tiles off the wall in toilet area. TV remote busted, when I got another one from front desk, it was broken too...but it worked. Breakfast was to start at 7am, no one in sight, no one at front desk, no one in breakfast area. I looked inside one of the buffet trays and found eggs and sausage from yesterday or some other day, terrible...I will not stay there again.

When I got there and checked in they didn’t have a room with double beds like I rsv’d for so I had to share a bed with my sister in law. Once we were in the room the tv wouldn’t work then I noticed we had the wrong remote control for the tv that was in the room. There were dirty sheets and towels in the hallway with the cart and absolutely no workers. They had one person wrkin all night. I finally got the guy at the desk to come and look at the tv and he had to download a remote to my phone to wrk the tv. We didn’t have towels in the bedroom. It was a complete disaster!!! This is were we stay when we come in town so this was very disappointing all this took place after they had already taken the money out of my account so you would think you had what you asked for. I couldn’t get my money back or anything. I just didn’t appreciate the service in any way this visit. I hope things are different the next time if there is a next time

this property was truly horrendous, dirty as soon as you walked into the fouer of hotel, no air condition in the common areas or the elevator, when we arrived in the room yhere was no toilet paper or hair dryer !! There were buckets set up in the hallways catching water leaking through the ceilings when i went down and asked about toilet paper and hair dryer i was told its aupplied by request!!! So i said again even toilet paper? And was tild it should have 1 rill per room. No smoke detector in room or main area just wites in the ceilings!! Makes me question ever usuing expedia again, ive used expedia for many years and to be affiliated with this proerty is unacceptable and shows you do no personal vetting of property's that you sell time in

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I promise you it is worth the money to stay anywhere else. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I honestly don't know how this place passes public health standards. It looks like the floors haven't ever been vacuumed, paint is chipping off every door, it's smells bad, and most things in my room were falling apart or missing (knobs on drawers, pillows, trash cans, etc.). The first room I was assigned had a clogged toilet with green stuff floating around in it. The second room they gave me had stained towels in it with flakes of I-don't-know-what on the bed. I was so appalled that I was looking at other hotels to move to but at this point it was midnight, so I sucked it up and slept fully clothed so I didn't have to touch the bed. This place is appalling.

Well where should I start! We just left the icu for our 3 year old (11 days) and decided we wanted to stay at a hotel before making the long drive home. If you love the smell of weed then this is the place for you! It was so overpowering the minute we got on the elevator and the entire third floor was a hot box! Our room was 22 degrees when we walked in and it took forever to warm up. I’m assuming they left the windows open to clear out the “smells”. The place was nice to look at and I did have to take a wash cloth and wipe down all the surfaces because there was stuff spilt all over the place. We will not be staying at this location again. Which is unfortunate because it’s close to the hospital and the airport.

Under rehaul construction. Checked in, went to room and after couple hours started leaking from vent got moved to top floor which is fine but very inconvenient having to pack all back up but was nice about it
