"Very clean, well decorated, pretty well stocked kitchen about 20 min walk to the Coliseum and 30 min to USC. It's a duplex, so you can hear some noise next door. Communication was good. There are two garage parking spots head to head for compact cars. It's in the unit away from the street, but the neighborhood is pretty noisy. Upstairs metal bedframe is really squeaky."

"Prior to arrival, we were at informed of a couple problems that the cleaning crew had noticed to which the owner offered us a full refund and assistance in finding another place close by. Unfortunately, we were already in route and due to one of my children being handicapped, finding another place that was suitable for her in such short time sounded impossible.
