It was nice and quiet. We were there for 4 days. 2 of those days we had a HEAVY walker above us. Other than that, the place was all around great!

Every staff member we came in contact with during our stay were so pleasant and helpful. I would most certainly stay here again. I have stayed at places with more breakfast options but for what they had it was great. My kids all found something they liked. All in all it was a great stay.

Uncomfortable and bothersome.
I was called 3 times in a row at 6pm because my card was declined, but we hadn’t even made it to the hotel for check in yet? I’m sure you can imagine how busy and stressful a trip is, and then top that off by being called 3 times in a row in the middle of everything else. Secondly, a random man from the hotel asked to come in and “see our window” if it needed to be replaced during our stay. So he interrupted my sleep, and my husband works remotely, so he also interrupted that. Is that not what the check out times are for? Also, the room we stayed in was on a floor level, so I don’t understand why he needed to come in our room to observe the window? This should’ve been something checked on BEFORE we checked in, or after we checked out, as there was clearly no emergency or issue with our window. Finally, the bedding is incredibly uncomfortable. The beds themselves are fine, but the comforters are waaaaay to hot we had to turn down the ac to like 65° to get any sleep. Also, the pillows seem to be down? Just really uncomfortable all around. We booked one of the most expensive hotels in Sierra Vista because we wanted rest and to be able to work/relax in peace, and they really just do not hit the mark at all.

The hotel is beautifully refurbished. I believe they may have been short staffed in the room cleaning area. When the room was cleaned the staff did a great job.

This particular Fairfield property was well maintained and taken care of inside and out. The staff was very helpful (Brianna especially) and professional at all times we came in contact with them.
