"Perfect resort location. Close to everything. Walking distance to plenty of eateries and shops. The resort staff, the ocean view room , the food, the amenities , and beach front was excellent. The daily activities were also nice. Staff was family friendly oriented. The only one that was not true. They said no pets allowed except for service animals and that’s the only reason why I chose the resort, then I see a lady with a dog went into the resort restaurant and she was not being responsible the dog left her and was walking around all at the cabana and the pool area unattended. Some ladies thought it was a stray dog and they paid and left and I did the same. I was not trying to be bothered with no dog. Then someone said owners are allow to have dog. So please remove the no pets allow."

"The beach/bay was beautiful! The view from our room was incredible. Our room at the Villa was fantastic, clean and spacious. We had great meals onsite at Bovin, La Patron and Replay as well as additional dining within walking distance at Isola, Juliette’s and Lee’s Roadside Diner. We enjoy a very relaxing vacation and would recommend a stay at the Villas at Simpson Bay in St. Maarten❤️"

"Hôtel bien entretenue. La cuisinette est complète avec la vaisselle nécessaire pour se faire de bons repas. Chambre très spacieuse. Accès facile à la plage. Bonne sélection de palapas sur la plage. Pas nécessaire de réserver des chaises longues à la plage ou à la piscine, il y en avait toujours de disponibles. Très belle vue sur la mer à partir de notre balcon. La navette est pratique pour revenir des épiceries, car très montagneux. Les chambres en montagne ne sont pas idéal pour personnes à mobilité réduite."
