"A fantastic family run hotel. Very welcoming & the breakfast was generous. There is a nice lake view walk into Sirmione which takes approximately 30 mins. Everything was perfect at this quiet location which is a 10 minute walk to the Lake, except the irregularity of the local buses. "

"Great location! Easy to walk to the city center and many things to do around the hotel with great restaurants just meters away. The breakfast is very good! And the morning staff went above and beyond. There is a man who works at the desk at night who was rude and was not helpful at all and would not help answer my questions or help me at all. That is unfortunate because all of the other front desk staff was exceptional. They helped give tips about Sirmione and even Verona. Rooms are a bit small...

"The location was great. What I didn't realize was I could not park at the hotel. You have to park outside the Sirmione castle area and catch a ride to the hotel. That was a process. It added about 30 minutes to my trip. Luckily, everyone spoke English and was very helpful or else we may have missed our check in time."

"Loved the location, right on the water with a lovely deck. The breakfast room has the lake view. We had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant because it is excellent. Enjoyed our stay though it is in a heavy tourist section. "

"The breakfast buffet was very good and we enjoyed fresh melons and other fruit, bacon, eggs, good cappuccino and more. The owners are very friendly. Our double room was fine but slightly dated. The ping pong table was unfortunately located in the garage area that had large mosquitoes in it."

"Good points - convenient distance from the town with a bus stop outside, clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, nice size bed and air con. But - pool was cold (as expected at the end of the season) ) and although our room had a balcony it’s not really usable as you can’t open the door fully and it is so small there isn’t even a chair on it but I knew that when I booked it. Overall a nice stay. "

"What a wonderful hotel, the pictures show it accurately in a bay surrounded by boats. Set at the peninsular of Simione on the lake. The hotel was a beautiful oasis. It states 3 stars but it should be 5. The staff were excellent thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I plan to return. "
