"We booked this for a guy weekend for my son who just graduated high school. Him and his friends enjoyed every moment of it. The grounds had many different activities to do and it was perfect. Lots of places to sit, relax, and take in the view. I loved how we were able to have some people over and just hang out. Definitely worth renting again. The boys had such a wonderful time that they want to book it again for a guys retreat! Sandy and Bob were wonderful! And so were their two precious dogs,...

"We absolutely loved this beautiful home. It was in a great neighborhood...central to where we were visiting...and the interior was gorgeous. Not a detail in decorating was missed! The pictures are accurate...but can't do the actual home justice. Very comfortable...if we come back to town this will certainly be our first choice."

"Very rarely have I been able to get my children, spouses, and grandchildren together in one room since they left the nest. Although my husband and I live near the area, we thought it would be amazing to bring the remainder of the family into this"resort" so they could enjoy their siblings. They all had a spectacular time using the game room, ping pong table, very comfy bedrooms, privacy, large kitchen and BBQ pit, and beautiful outside areas to take family photos. David was very accommodating...

"The fan did not work in the bedroom to the left. The side entrance door was so hard to open and close. Overall we all enjoyed our stay in this very original little cottage, with an abundance of deer.. It was so close to the music festival we attended in Lukenbach. Hopefully we will return next year. "We were so pleased with this home. Hope to repeat next year. Light and spacious. Great outdoor space on the creek. Short stroll to Main Street shops and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Not sure if the listing has been updated but two of the bedrooms have full beds, not queens. I knew this ahead and it was not an issue for us as a couple because we only had a few family guests at a time. Highly recommend."

"This is a great home to stay. The home is welcoming and has a very relaxing vibe. The back porch, sitting under the cloth top, was a great place to drink morning coffee. To add to the environment the horses were in the pasture ands such a blessing to watch. Kitchen is well stocked and while we did not cook was great for breakfast. Will stay again."
