With children, it was especially helpful having the kitchen in the room. This place is super family friendly and we totally enjoyed being lazy all day and enjoying the beach. Really, however, the spa / gym all had an extra cost and the pool as advertised was closed for winter. It certainly looked like I could swim as per the advertisement. "

The pool was crowded with elderly residents and not a comfortable experience for families. No other areas of the grounds- mini golf, tennis courts- were open to visitors. "
