We really like d our stay at the country inn& suites. The breakfast was pretty good the first day we were there 3 days total the next two and we're not as great. There were several people who made waffles and took them with them like they ate and then took more with them for wherever they went. Room was very comfortable. Bed was pretty good but the pillows really need to be better. It did not affect my visit but they would have been a lot more comfortable. They were very small. Other than those minor things, everything was pretty good

Overall it was a nice stay. The pool was cold as ice and the blow dryer in the room had a lot of GUNK on it, but staff was all friendly and the convenience of everything was awesome

We booked a room there was a serious accident on road and we could not make it there so we tried to cancel to get another room but they said we could not get our money back not a way of doing good buisness

Nice quick overnight stay when traveling. Conveniently located, staff is great, there is a pool and it’s clean (but very cold), breakfast was very good! Our room wasn’t the cleanest, but it wasn’t terrible for one night.

the staff was super nice and friendly. the building itself needs some serious updating and repairs. there was water damage on the ceiling in the lobby where part of the ceiling was missing, the floor in the elevator was gross and didnt look clean, the breakfast area had pancake batter everywhere. my room had what seemed to be in the middle of a paint job bc the wall was half finished, the shower never got hot, the toliet paper holder was broken so the toliet paper was on the ground which i find to be gross.

The property needs some repairs, but not too bad that your stay will be ruined. I think they are, like almost everywhere else in America, is short staffed, so attention to some details is sorely missed. Vacuuming and sweeping general areas needed. Our room had some repair issues. The feature wall wooden skats broken, bathroom door wood/paint oeeling back. Caulking needed around shower. The breakfast was nice as far as hotel breakfasts' go. Front desk staff was extremely nice and friendly! Location was oerfect with MANY food options within waking distance. Outlet mall less than 2 miles away. Easy access off I-95. Nice for aweekend getaway.

At check in we where assigned 3 different rooms. The 3 room was suitable to sleep in but we had to keep the lid closed on the toilet to keep the sewage smell out of the room. The hotel itself wasn’t too clean. The price I paid for the room was not worth it. I spoke with other guests at hotel and had basically the same experience and was very dissatisfied with the property and the price they paid to stay and will not stay there again.

I had an terrible experience. They put us in a room with mold around the tub. The place was unclean and there were roaches. They had a shortage on towels and the gentleman named Issac that worked at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. He threatened one of my family members. I will be calling their customer service line to complain. I never had such a bad experience at a hotel. I traveled eight hours to get to the hotel and it was a Terrible stay.

The only good thing about this dumpster with doors is the staff. I feel sorry for them having to make excuses for the piss poor owners of this dump. The experience starts when you enter the lobby that has burned out lights in the ceiling and stained and dirty furniture in the lobby. the "adventure" continues with an elevator that looks like it was wiped down with dirty rags. The floor has seen a vacuum since it was built, especially around the elevator. But wait, there's more. The room floor was absolutely filthy as when you walk across it in bare feet and get into the shower your feet as so dirty, it leaves black dirt in the wet area. Oh yeah, the shower has black mold in the corners. To top things off, there was one towel, two baby wash clothes and one floor mat. No hand towels, When the desk was asked for more towels they said they ran out of towels and did not have any more. On the third day of the stay, I had gotten two bath towels and two pool towels. Again, no hand towels. I would have checked out as soon as I got there but I would have lost the money on a prepaid room. Their franchise from Country Inn and Suites should be revoked immediately and I am forwarding this evaluation to the corporate offices and to Raddison. Avoid this slum lords dream at all cost! Again, the owners are a bunch of cheap jerks and do not deserve the ownership of this disgrace!

Very disappointing as I’ve stayed at country inn and suits before. This place was horrible. It took 6 trips to the front desk to get keys to work for the room. We had to ask for trash cans, the towels were like something from a car wash, I had to wipe down the light switches and door knobs due to grime. Cold shower, no hot water, when you turned the sink on the lever flew off and the floor/carpet very grimy.. My feet were black!! And we had to put a chip clip on the curtains to keep them together because someone didn’t put them on right…. Never again!!

The carpet needs replacing in this hotel. One of the exit doors doesn't lock. Anyone off the street can access the hotel. There was not enough towels and wash clothes to put more than one set in each room.

The experience was terrible for my wife, 2 grand children and myself. We were given 3 unacceptable rooms. Room 1 smelled terrible from smoke, Room 2 the air conditioner was not working and the room was 87 degrees and Room 3 had only a queen bed for 2 adults and 2 children.

The room was small, I really thought that I booked a suite. I was traveling with three teens and needed a hotel that had a couch and some extra seating. When I asked the front desk if any were available, they said no, despite the parking lot being pretty empty. I was willing to pay more if I could upgrade. The first problem we had was that there was almost no water pressure in the shower when it was turned to warm. Took awhile just to wet our hair let alone rinse the shampoo out. The 2nd problem we encountered was the AC unit. Every time it shut off, there was a theee second delay & then a loud “whiney” sound..every time. This woke me up several times during the night..this I did not sleep well at all. The 3rd minor issue is that I had to wait 20 minutes for the regular coffee carafe to be replaced at 8am. Not a Terri le big deal, but was jus frustrating after not sleeping well. The elevator doors were dirty with smears in the inside and out. I can not recommend Country Inn and Suites. I will be staying elsewhere next year in our trip down to SC.

The front desk guest check in, I wish I could remember her name, but she was a young girl, was exceptional. So friendly and just out going . I work In the hotel industry and I was so impressed by her!! Just amazing service. My only complaint was they had one elevator that worked and that was so slow! Bathroom needs some updating. But honestly they were minor things.

We flew in from texas for a family emergency to a small town with lil to no hotels...we made the 1 hr drive away from our loved ones in hopes to stay in a clean 4-5 star hotel but that wasnt the case here....from the pics online you will see a newer nicer building which is what made us make the decision. Upon arrival its was late and we were tired and ready to get some rest. We checked in and got to our rm that was extremly dirty, the bed wasnt made, debri on carpet hand/footprints stains on every wall, the tv was smeared like they at one point wiped with water and rag instead of glass cleaner. I immediatly grabbed phone to connect to front desk phone didnt work! I rush downstairs to front desk and asked for another rm.. We gathered our bags and headed to the next floor/rm ...as we entered and exited elevator we can smell weed and it was really foggy like the entire hallway we get to the 2nd rm this one was even worst than the 1st rm the previous stayers left a surprise for us in the toilet as nasty as that was i took the time to take a pic to show the front desk and for this review as proof...we rush to front desk for a refund and left! "Customer service and the maintaining / house keeping goes a long way_ ppl dont believe in that nowadays they build a place make money and forget to put back into their business."
