"This was a large house with a great outdoor space. The cooling/ac was a little wonky and there were some minor issues that never really got fixed (there were no outdoor trash bins), but can’t really complain for what we needed the house for."

"We stayed here while visiting family in Nashville. Location was convenient and house was very clean. Appreciate how everything was labeled and had clear instructions. Yard was great for our dog. Wish the Kcup worked without clogging but that was our only negative. Owner has thought of many wonderful touches. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great time at this property for a spring break vacation with the whole family. It was a very clean and spacious property. We were close to most of the Nashville attractions. Our only minor inconvenience was parking. The street fills up fast and our second parking spot was occupied most of the time."

"This property worked perfectly for our family of four. Gave our adult sons their own space and bathroom, while my husband and I had our own room and bathroom. Close enough to downtown for a reasonable Uber cost. We played 3 of the public golf courses and all were within a short drive. So much nicer to stay where you have all the amenities of home than in a single room hotel for a similar price."

"A nice place, quiet. Would be helpful if the Wifi code were posted in the residence. Also a suggestion that a stopper be provided for the tub, that the shrub be trimmed so can see the house number, furnish a pizza cutter. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others."

"This home was perfect for our needs. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet convenient to downtown Nashville. The decor was perfection. Just a heads up: One room didn’t provide privacy due to clear glass doors and owners do have a cat so for people allergic to cats be aware! It was overall cleaned well but I still had to take allergy meds. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Layout was fantastic. Having bathrooms in every bedroom was great. Neighborhood was nice, right across from an elementary school, by the men’s soccer field but not with in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, stores, ect. Cleaning crew missed a couple important areas, 2 of the 3 beds were noisy and only had 1 nightstand, the worse for a woman shampooing, conditioning and shaving in the shower was the terrible water pressure in the showers on the third floor."

"Our stay was fantastic. We were there for my daughter’s bachelorette celebration. The house was fantastic. Very clean and spacious. The master bathroom is unreal…big and beautiful. Every toilet has a bidet. Although we had several Lyft and taxi drivers warn us that we were staying in a bad neighborhood and should not linger outside alone or for long, we never felt unsafe, nor did we witness anything out of the way. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would definitely stay there...

We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living! The property is clean and well run. Instructions for check in and check out were very good. Would definitely make a second stay. "
