The property is easily accesible, where the main building is just on the side of the main road. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, everything was explained to us clearly. The kitchen and bathroom were well maintained, the only downside was that the cabin is not newly decorated and has shown its age at some places. Otherwise, this is highly recommended for family and friends to stay close to the nature of Norway in an enjoyable way.

Lovely stay in Olden
Such a cute place in a great location. We rented one of the rooms with a private bathroom. Very nice updated unit. Not very large but fit our family of 3 just fine. Outside deck with beautiful views. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend if you are partaking in any of the activities Loen has to offer. Very close, convenient , and well maintained.

Absolutely lovely, cozy cabins with a holiday camp feel. Staff were great amd views are unbelievably gorgeous. The accommodations are basic, but you'll have everything you need.

Room was fine. But we ordered nonsmoking room because my husband has asthma and I have several allergies. On both sides of us, people sat on the outside balcony and smoked. The balcony door is the only way to get fresh air, no air conditioning and no fan in room. So we had to keep our door shut and sweat. Nonsmoking rooms should be set far away from rooms that allow smoking OR smokers should be required to leave the building and walk a reasonable distance away so they do not pollute the air for everyone else. If they do not change their smoking policy, then they should provide fans or air conditioning for those who cannot stand to leave their balcony doors open due to the smoke. This situation rather ruined an otherwise good experience.

Norwegian cabin
The cabin was set in the middle of trees which was wonderful. Small kitchen area that had everything we needed to cook for ourselves after a long day out and about. Communal bbq area also available to guests. Beds comfortable as was dining/lounge area. Shower was great. Would highly recommend.

Nice stay at Vesterland
We booked Vesterland for a one-night stay during our Norwegian trip. We arrived quite late. The check-in was quick and we could even enjoy the pool that was open until late. The cabin was okay for 6 persons, and there's a supermarket three-minute drive. All in all a good impression.

The check-in people were especially helpful and friendly. The room was large and had a refrigerator which is a necessity for us when we travel. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was not having air conditioning but apparently this is normal for Norway. It was nice having a king bed to sleep in.

Cute cabins near the fjords
Cabins were really cute. Four are connected together so would be really good for a small group or large family. Plenty of room, bathroom was fine too, and kitchen if you need it. We went into Sogndal for dinner. We took the nearby car ferry from Kaupanger to Gudvangen the next day, lovely.

Het huisje was prima, alles aanwezig. De bedden waren wel heel hard. Het systeem in het restaurant werkt niet. Duurt allemaal heel lang...je betaald voor de voorzieningen van het hotel,waar je geen gebruik van maakt.

Stille og rolig. Masse aktiviteter for barna i resepsjon området. Vi hadde hytte, hytten er en typisk hytte hytte med treverk, litt knirking her og der, men eller godt utstyrt og gode senger.
