Only 4/5 for comfort of the room because we had twins beds rather than a double bed and they weren't fixed to anything, so kept moving. Slightly annoying, but not really a big deal. Would definitely stay here again - great location, staff very friendly, extensive breakfast buffet and brilliant facilities. We enjoyed using the gym, which is well equipped with new machines. We didn't use the pool, but in case you're a swimmer and you're wondering, it is suitable for actually swimming lengths rather than just relaxing in!

Great location, very friendly staff. Views from the top floor restaurant and SkyBar are terrific but the options for vegetarians are limited.

Even after reading somewhat negative reviews of this hotel, I booked it anyway. We requested a room at the back (quieter) and were given one that was great. Overall, the price was my deciding factor. the location was convenient. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I would say, if your expectations are not too grand, that this hotel is a good deal.
