"The staff were warm and welcoming! The rooms were comfortable and I appreciate a window that opens! I thoroughly enjoyed the evenings in the gazebo on property. I did not use the pool or the gym, but they both looked clean and well maintained. "

"One of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts I have had. Convenient to Mt. Holyoke and a nearby mall. Easy to park. Spacious rooms with a full refrigerator, stove top, sink and microwave as well as a table and chairs. Couch and sitting area. Pool, hot tub. Outside patio with BBQ gril and nice outside seating. Staff was helpful and friendly. "

"A lovely historic hotel situated in the heart of Northampton with ample free parking. The room was very comfortable although the trim in and around the bathroom door needed to be painted. The only really negative part of our stay was that the coffee in the room was awful and the coffee in the lobby was only slightly better. Thankfully, Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters is just down the street."
