Front desk staff was awesome and helpful breakfast was great Two things it needs is a gym and a clothes iron for guests I arrived with some wrinkled shirts from being in my suitcase so I asked the receptionist for an iron. They don’t have one but she did find some poorly working steamer that didn’t take those wrinkles out. "Beautiful hotel. Our room was magnificent, with a separate seating area, which included a jacuzzi bath. A balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, and overlooked by mountains. If you're a skier it's a 2-min walk to the ski lifts. The service was brilliant, the staff friendly and really helpful to us as non-Italian speakers. Really couldn't fault the hotel at all."

"Checkin was fast & efficient. The owners gave us a double and a single instead of a family suite which suited us just fine. Rooms were clean with enough toiletries & towels. Double entrance onto the pedestrian precinct & back alley to load/unload. Parking was right outside the hotel for the whole 3-day stay - very convenient. Housekeeping was polite and thorough. Breakfast was good with the basics. They made cappuccino & hot chocolate. Now, service. I forget some clothes in the closet so...
