"We had a great stay! No overall complaints about the house except the washing machine happened to not be working at the time, but we were warned. As for Okoboji in October - we used this as a retreat to get away without screens and Okoboji is pretty shut down. We were warned, but just a heads up that while summer is full and quickly everything shuts down."

"My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children for an early Christmas. The first thing we noticed was how clean and comfortable the house felt! There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out. Open floor plan on the main level was nice for relaxing, playing games and eating as a family. You cannot get a better location. "What a great house for a family or family/friends group! Sarah and Jacob are fantastic hosts who have really put thought into little extra touches! We loved having an ice machine, Keurig, games, & even some toiletries. The deck was a great space for our group!! We had a couple of rainy days and took full advantage of having an outdoor space where we could play games and visit without getting rained on.
